In my game I was fighting some dust bandits, and in order to carry everything home I picked up a bandit and placed my sleeping bags in his inventory. So now my sleepung bags are 'stolen' would placing it in a weapons cabinet fix this?
Holy Nation is basically on its own. Get outside of their terf and you got friends. UC will capture you if you look like a slave though. Try hiding out in shek territory or independent waystations. .
I pretty much just started playing, managed to incapacitate Horse, learned he had a bounty, I wanted to drop him because of reasons and I accidentaly threw him into the stratosphere.

if you have a bountie on 3000 cats you will be in prison for 24h, my character have a bountie 608 500 cats and i will never be leave prison for that no timer. and it will never disapear. lucky me it only with the holy nation :-) thx for info about stolen goods cleaning service! Disguises love them have walk in every city of the holy nation with lord fenix Armor on me from then i did have a paladin armor snek in and stole his armor wile he sleeping XD every one know about Kang, well he have a bountie of 98 000 cats and he did take down Lord fenix and protector of the flames. my 2a strongest warrior after Ruka my 1a strongest. but i wonder somethings why cant snek knockdown on lord fenix? i have 0% chanse to knock him down, and my skill is on 89 and my sneek is in 91 good combo but why cant i do that?
Item smelters also remove the stolen tag. You can make one in your base to 'scrape the serial number off' of anything you bring home

No, but I think selling to a thieves guild fence might. Maybe try a general storage box as well.

I think visibility might be an issue. If they see you you can't ko.
