I am glad to have a dermatologist to give us the medical wisdom of the day on skin care. However, we are all so different that products that work for many may not work for you. I have tried some of the products for rosacea recommended by Dr Dray. Some worked well and some were very irritating for me. This is no reflection on her knowledge and expertise. Dr Dray's best advice....buy from places with liberal return policies. Due to her advice I have found a few new products which work well for me. Thanks for the videos Dr Dray.
I can't return beauty or skincare product that's been opened unless it's broken within 30 days. It's both a gift and a curse. I am jealous that you can take back anything in the USA even if you've used it. But the wastage must be a lot so like I said, gift and curse.

As an older woman, I just don’t see this group as having much in common with me. I just don’t even bother to check them out anymore.
Oh, well for what it's worth anyway, I use their filter function to get reviews of the specific shades/etc for what I'm interested in of a product, and you can filter for specific features if reviewers put them in their profile, like Age Range, thereby removing any not in the ranges you selected. I’m not a doctor but a big skin care enthusiast. It’s my new favorite moisturizer! I even bought one for each of my 4 daughters, 3 of them are teenagers.
I have the Murad Water Gel. I don’t smell any fragrance in it. I used to have dry sensitive skin, and my skin would get red easily, and it’s changed and become normal. I started using Murad products and they have improved my skin. I love it.
I was SO sad when I saw the Inkey List peptide moisturizer on the thumbnail! I had been waiting for a video to say if it was going to be a good dupe for the Drunk Elephant protini polypeptide moisturizer, because that's been my nightly moisturizer for years, and I was excited about a possible $15 dupe instead of almost $70. But at least now I feel okay/justified spending the $70 knowing that the other product is subpar and that the more expensive is a superior product in this case! Thank you for your honesty and great reviews as always Dr. Dray
Truthfully, I really disagree with what she said about it being drying. I enjoy the Inkey List peptide moisturizer. I would try it out because it is only $15 and see what you feel about it. I think Drunk Elephant is overpriced so I don’t buy their products.
Love the Inkey List one, it feels like an amazing melting sorbet . Can’t imagine how it feels dry for her, it’s super moisturizing on me and I have normal skin.

Have you ever tried the Banana Boat advanced protection baby one? Im in the UK and cant get the simply protect one 😔 wondering if the advanced protection one is as good? Esp. for around the eyes?
I’d love to hear her thoughts too! I’m definitely not Dr Dray but I recently purchased the Biologique Recherche Lait EV Cleanser on recommendation from my esthetician, and it’s really nice but it was SO expensive for a milk cleanser (so similar to la Roche posay) and I also got a sample of P50V and a moisturizer. The P50V didn’t make that much of a difference on my skin, it was nice but not a game changer but the moisturizer is literally like perfumed body lotion despite it being the lipid replenishing one for sensitive skin. My mum has just started using their colostrum serum though and her skin is looking incredible pairing that with cheaper, fragrance free cleanser and moisturizer.
Hi! I’ve been using Biologique Recherche products for almost a year now, and I’ve used most of the products in their line. In my opinion and personal experience, the lotion P50 is amazing, as long as you get the right variation for your skin type, and don’t overdo it with the exfoliation when you’re using it. The face creams aren’t worth the price and I haven’t seen good results with any of them, apart from some light hydration. The masks, however, are incredible and some of the best I’ve used from any brand - especially masque vivant, masque pigm400 and creme masque vernix. The cleansers feel nice and luxurious but I don’t think they’re worth the price. Same goes for the serums, they’re alright, but they won’t do any miracles for your skin and the ingredients are mostly plant and animal extracts. Not a fan of the serums.
@@fatimaaaaaaaaa I agree; BR's P50 and masks (Vivant and PGM) are incredible, def a game changer. I splurge purchased their products a couple months before my wedding with no regrets! EV milk cleanser makes for an effective 1st cleanse. If you order BR from Rescue Spa they're always good about sending free samples. 😊
I use several of their products including shampoo and conditioner and for the price point Oribe has given me better results. I tried the elixir shampoo (the original and the reformulation) and it gave amazing, iridescent shine but it was very drying. The deep conditioner from that same line is rather underwhelming. I still planning on trying some of their other shampoos. Kerastase's styling products, however, can't be beat. My HG is the Fibre Architect which for some godforsaken reason they discontinued. Also the Forme Fatale is good and discontinued for reasons unknown. Use at your own risk.
I’m an esthetician and used to be forced to use Murad products on people at a place I performed facials a couple years ago. I think it’s a bogus line. I think it’s just one of the first celebrity derm lines so it was slightly impressive many many years ago but now we have such better products.
I so miss your weekend vlogs with your mom. Please give us an update on your mom’s health journey. Thanks for letting us know what not to waste our money on. ❤️👍
So, I literally just got the Supergoop Eye cream yesterday! Wish I had seen this before purchasing! I totally agree it balls up like crazy and I was not impressed. I’m sending it back and getting the Colorescience product you mentioned. Thanks for the tip and love your videos by the way!
What would we do without you?! You are the first genuine, authentic, professional skincare advisor I subscribed to, a long time ago. I spent so many years trying to understand my skin and reading up on skincare articles, hoping for friends and acquaintances with flawless skin to share their knowledge and advice with me. But I realized nobody easily wanted to share such valuable info. So, you cannot imagine how thankful I am to you and how grateful I am for all your dedication. God bless...!
I totally agree with you, had so much hope for the hada labo "anti aging" line but it doesn't sink into the skin at all!! Thanks for all your doing, really appreciate it 🙏❤️ best greetings from Oslo Norway 🤗❤️
I love the Supergoop eye sunscreen! It doesn't ball up on my skin, but I do have oily skin. I don't use it for undereye makeup coverage... I don't think it's meant for that. I do like that it's tinted because it doesn't leave a weird white cast on my skin.
I like your complete honesty when reviewing products. As someone with mature, sensitive skin, I am always skeptical about which new products would suit my skin.
For that price for shampoo and conditioner, I expect my hair to totally transform into Aphrodite goddess worthy hair and make men fall to their knees. If it's not going to do that, I'm going to skip it 😂
Little does anyone know Chanel B is Philip B's estranged daughter who is on a journey to smear his name after he disowned her for killing her tomagotchi in the 4th grade. I know tho!
I love Super Goop as well. I didn’t experience the pilling with the under eye sunscreen, but no matter how little I put on it causes my eyes to water. I personally love their Glow Screen.
I actually use the Murad moisturizer. I would recommend it and I feel the fragrance is actually mild compared to other moisturizer I've tried but hey everyone's different.
The Murad Nutrient-Rich water gel has worked to my skin amazingly! The minerals and all the peptides and moisturizing ingredients really made a difference to my skin
Hi Dr Dray! Would love it if you could do a video about rice water and its supposed benefits for hair and skin! It’s a big trend in the hair growth community to use fermented rice water for yourself hair, and some people also use it as a facial toner.
aw no i was excited to try the inkey list arbutin since the ingredients seem so great- alpha arbutin, hyaluronic acid, soy and a peptide! i wonder why it didnt work...

Dr dray! Come out with your own line of skin care!🙌🏼❤️
René , If she did come out with her own line she wouldn’t be a credible critic of other products, people would think she were just criticizing her competitors to sell her product.
Dr. Dray the only shampoo and conditioner I use is. Redken hair care it’s great for dry hair. I use the blue line. A little pricey but well worth it. I have been using this line for years
Thank you so much for reminding me about sunscreen! In my 20s I used spf 30 every day, but somehow I've been paying less attention to it in my 30s. I thought my daycreme was spf 30 but I just realized it's only spf 15. Thanks to you I now got some spf 50 sunscreen for my face and body and I plan not to skip it for a day anymore. Thanks!!
You are so pretty and so adorable when you’re vulnerable... I love your expressions when explaining the price ... so so pretty .. glowing skin!! I must say .. I did the same. I spent $254!!! On a NuFace and a fragrance free serum 😬 yikes 😱 what was I thinking?!?! Wasn’t the time. I mean I’m excited but I’m embarrassed a bit too ❤️❤️❤️
How that murad gel is my holy grail! I actually can’t use any la roche posay products! It makes my face red and instantly covered in hives and itchy. Weird how some people react and some people don’t
Aside from their oat and SA cleansers, the inkey list has been disappointing for me. Most of the line doesn’t feel that inexpensive either because they’re like deluxe sample sizes.
Oh my gosh..The Murad is a life changer for me. I have oily but dehydrated skin....almost ALL moisturizers break me out or clog my pores. THIS product changed my face in less than a week. My oil is now balanced, my skin is smooth and looks glowing, wrinkles less apparent. Friends thought I was on vacation, and everyone asked what had changed. I would crawl through shards of broken glass for this product. I think it smells nice..but it could smell like dog poop and I would still love it. I have rather sensitive skin too, no burning for me at all. I am north of 50 so I have tried them all...
I was really disappointed with The Ordinary. Everyone suggested it for me because if my acne scars and what have you.. it’s the type with the 10% niacinamide and 1% zinc. I got a horrible break out and am still dealing with it almost two weeks later. I’m glad I came across your channel. I’ve learned so much. I’m just at a loss how to fix my face.
Dr.Dray would you plz upload a video on or give me details about skin care routine products for teen combination skin??? Thank you,it will be great help : )
Dr Dray you love the nice smell and fregnance in your shampoo and conditioner and I love them in my skin care products as well like my face wash, body wash, moisturizers and everything but of course something soft, fresh and luxurious. It just makes me feel so good.
Thank you Dr Dray, you have transformed my skin. My acne and blackheads are gone, just some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation left, but it is healing fast. Because of you i have started to use sunscreen daily as well! Thank you again, my life has changed! :)
Happy Monday Dr Dray and everyone . This was a wonderful video . I really love the Colorscience sunscreen and the eye therapy . I started wearing less makeup since finding your channel, and working from home only sunscreen . In the morning when I put on the colorscience face and eyes my husband will say "oh you look pretty with no makeup. " That eye serum is great I have the new fair shade .Phillip B I remember when I worked in NYC one of the beauty shops sold their shampoos they were always high end . Years ago I tried Murad they were one of the worst I tried terrible redness , I think it was from their acne line .I can't tell you how much money you have saved me . Have a fantastic day ! love to mom and Tybee
This video actually did save me money! Was about to buy the Hada labo lotion because there was a sale, but stopped myself because I already had several skincare products kept in stock. Thank Dr Dray!
I have rosacea and highly sensitive skin and I REALLY like and use the Murad water cream daily. It’s expensive but my combo skin drinks it up and it doesn’t irritate my rosacea. My skin can be dehydrated but creams are usually too heavy for daily use. I personally like the fragrance and found it fairly light and refreshing but hey: to each her own! 🤷🏻♀️🔮
I've been using the Inkey List Peptide Moisturiser for a couple weeks now and while I don't hate it, I kind of agree with what Dr Dray is saying. I have quite dry skin, and I have to apply a LOT of this cream for my skin to not feel dry afterwards. If I do put a large amount on, it does work very well, I can still feel it on my skin in the morning, however putting that much on means it'll only last maybe 3 weeks, probably less in the winter weather. Im still yet to find a better moisturiser for my skin than the Etude House 2x Barrier Intensive Cream.
I always appreciate your honest reviews and that you share your vast expertise so freely. Because of you, my kids are sunblocked every day, rain or shine! And I finally started putting sunscreen on my hands, thank you! You are truly a blessing, Dr. Dray. Thank you to the sun and back :)

Do you have a video on Obagi or Biologique Rerchere? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the brands, especially the P50 line.
Yes to an Obagi review please!!!
I do see some dermatologist who uses obagi.
Dr. Dray would you consider reviewing Kerastase shampoo and conditioner? They're very very popular and I'd love to hear your thoughts
Oo yes please!!
Tried them was a TOTAL waste of money 😣
Yes please !!!
@@noemidiop8015 oh sorry to hear that. Which products did you try if you don't mind me asking?
Do you know a dupe for the MURAD Skin Perfecting Lotion?
@Kourtney Brooke Are any of their products worth buying?
Were there any products you liked from Murad, what brands do you suggest instead?
"What are we, Charlotte Tilbury?" 🤣🤣
yes yes YESS i love hearing you trash these products without disclaimers or trying to "soften the blow", made my day
Oh her she goes again, living on the edge with the fragrant shampoo..lol
Looooooool
I'm a sucker for scented hair products too, I'm into Moroccan oil dry spray and protective leave in spray! 😁
Dr Dray: How many brands can I destroy in 20 minutes? 🤣
Haha I know right? Brands are ballsy af sending their stuff to Dr. Dray
I really hate when things pull up when applying so I’m so excited to save some money.
🧐Destroy away Dr Dray!!!🧐
I think companies are seriously afraid of Dr Dray 😂😂😂
She is in the position to critically analyze this type of product
😂😂😂
I totally agree with you, had so much hope for the hada labo "anti aging" line but it doesn't sink into the skin at all!! Thanks for all your doing, really appreciate it 🙏❤️ best greetings from Oslo Norway 🤗❤️
Mai Liss Karlsen But there are many GREAT Hada Labo products still around that work wonderfully!
@@kosmosbjm yes your absolutely right, I love their HA serum and oil cleanser ✌️🤗
Mai Liss Karlsen YESSS, I love the Anti-Aging Hydrator (serum), and I also just discovered the Overnight Treatment in a jar, very nice 💕
@@kosmosbjm thanks a lot 🤗, I will definitely try that one out ❤️
I love the Supergoop eye sunscreen!
Dr Dray I would love to see you review Olay retinol 24 line, it’s fragrance free 🤗
My complexion improved with inkeylist beta hydroxy acid and retinol.
For that price for shampoo and conditioner, I expect my hair to totally transform into Aphrodite goddess worthy hair and make men fall to their knees. If it's not going to do that, I'm going to skip it 😂
😂
YES!!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤭
Little does anyone know Chanel B is Philip B's estranged daughter who is on a journey to smear his name after he disowned her for killing her tomagotchi in the 4th grade. I know tho!
You mean they don't already? :O
You are so refreshing! “What was I thinking?” We’ve all been there. I’d love you to review some of the MLM skin products.
I love Super Goop as well. I didn’t experience the pilling with the under eye sunscreen, but no matter how little I put on it causes my eyes to water. I personally love their Glow Screen.
I feel so much better knowing we all buy outrageous stuff every now & then 🤣 my eyes watered at the cost of the shampoo and conditioner even for me!
I now live to hear you say the word " WOOOORST" .....love it! You saved me money!
Hi Dr Dray! Would love it if you could do a video about rice water and its supposed benefits for hair and skin! It’s a big trend in the hair growth community to use fermented rice water for yourself hair, and some people also use it as a facial toner.
Your skin is lovely and I've learned a TON from you! Thanks so much!
Really like that she isn't so perky and hyper, and all about promoting products. Very valuable information.
aw no i was excited to try the inkey list arbutin since the ingredients seem so great- alpha arbutin, hyaluronic acid, soy and a peptide! i wonder why it didnt work...
I am hooked watching your videos because of your valuable skincare information , your honesty opinion , but I also love your sense of humor , You really crack me up , Continued blessings and Peace .
Dr dray! Come out with your own line of skin care!🙌🏼❤️
René , If she did come out with her own line she wouldn’t be a credible critic of other products, people would think she were just criticizing her competitors to sell her product.
It’s kind of a big risk and she probably makes a good amount of money being a dermatologist.
Yes!!!
700K and counting. Congratulations Dr. Dray! 🙂🎉
Thanks!
Please review the Avene moisturisers you love.
I just purchased the oil cleanser you recommended, it's wonderful.
The Avene Cold Cream Lip Cream is the most lavish feeling lip balm I have ever used. It comes in a squeeze tube.
Ingenious, and entertainingly quirky. Love hearing the science behind it all.
Dr. Dray the only shampoo and conditioner I use is. Redken hair care it’s great for dry hair. I use the blue line. A little pricey but well worth it. I have been using this line for years
I buy them on sale, but never (anymore) from Amazon because there's a lot of fake “namebrand" products.
Hey, I just wanted to say that Dr.Dray looks beautiful.
Can we actually trust the reviews (Sephora)? I’m so glad I found you about a year ago! You have saved me a lot of money for sure!
Thank you Dr Dray, you have transformed my skin. My acne and blackheads are gone, just some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation left, but it is healing fast. Because of you i have started to use sunscreen daily as well! Thank you again, my life has changed! :)
Dr Dray, how is your mom doing? Hope she is doing fine.
Thank you I needed some Dr. Dray talking smack about skincare products since you haven’t been able to make shop with me videos!!
For some reason I like when u rant and get annoyed over brands and stuff LOL
Dr. Dray dragging Philip B behind a pickup truck through dirt! 😂
I agree. I love Hadalabo but I personally don't care for this line. Still love the Premium Lotion, Whitening line, and Cleansing oil.
I love that you’re not swayed by the fluff brands try to win people over with. Hope your mom is doing well!
"This does NONE of those things" 😂 You spilled the Tea on Philip B 😂
I always appreciate your honest reviews and that you share your vast expertise so freely. Because of you, my kids are sunblocked every day, rain or shine! And I finally started putting sunscreen on my hands, thank you! You are truly a blessing, Dr. Dray. Thank you to the sun and back :)
Congratulations on 700K SUN-scribers Dr. Dray! 😍🎉
Greetings Kapua Kuheana hope u r well n I Agree with u.... Dr. Dray so Deserves the 700k n Much More💯🌹.... we All Appreciate Her Informative n Daily Vlogs She Does👍.... God Bless Her, Her Mom n Tybee n Continued Blessings to All💜....
Subscription is getting closer to the million mark... people need to understand that expensive isn't always good. We all need to share Dr Dray with everyone we know. She's the light in the fog of misleading information that's all over the net nowadays...Thank You Dr Dray for providing us all this information 🥰
Whoah, that was too weird. I am on the Philip B. site and there you go! Of all the people I would have never imagined you would talk about him. Lol. Good shampoo. The dry shampoo with the same scent is nice. I also like the Peppermint Avocado shampoo.
I must say I was surprised at how much the shampoo cost!😆I was also relieved to know I wasn’t the only one who got sucked in by what was in a product only to find it just didn’t work! You are so right about staying home and looking at all the “things” we can buy on line and not leave the house is very Inviting. Thanks for sharing these discoveries! Thanks 😊
I bought the Eucerin advanced repair per your advice and I've used it on my face at night. Its as good as any expensive cream in my opinion.
Good to know, thank you for sharing. I accidentally picked up intensive repair, which has castor oil. I still like intensive repair though. Can’t wait to to try advanced repair!
@@dbnd2240 I use to think the amount of money spent would give me better results. That's not the case at all. The only thing that worth the money is the retin A
I just bought it too because of Dr. Dray and I love it! Especially on my hands. Been using the Cerave Skin Renewing Night Cream on my face and around my eyes...it's great and just as good as my expensive Beauty Bio eye cream!
Dr Dary please do a new sunscreen favorites video! Asian, american, mineral, chemical, combo and all that jazz!
Would you consider reviewing
Peter Thomas Roth
Josie Maran
Dr Perricone
I would appreciate your thoughts on vegetable powders. Are they really full of nutrients as marketed ?
Thank you 🌼
@LMG 88 Yes, to Peter Thomas!!! Josie Maran.......not so much. Unfortunately I bought body sugar scrub ( from QVC) . ICKY! And I don't care for buying things on there anyway.
Yes!! Also pca skin, murad, first aid beauty please
Thanks for always be updated, I hope you’d be updated with korean skincare too bcs I think for most of us thats where we’re heading
Dr Dray, this red Hada Labo line is their retinol anti aging line. All red products have retinol in them and this is probably why the products peel off on you! I have the red lotion and I like it but I use it at night!
Thanks for this. I always appreciate your guidance on avoiding products that do not deliver what they promise.
Sally’s beauty carries Habo Labo Hydrating cream one you recommend.
Thanks to her I know how to read the ingredients , and I appreciate all the tests she does so I don't have to
'drinks tea ' Hey GUYs . Best intro ever , 10/10 ! Happy Monday !
Coffee. She’s an addict. Lol. I love her
Dr. Dray: You would love the Davines Ol Milk Beauty Treatment Spray. Amazing benefits plus the fragrance is the bomb!
Oh my days!! I spit out my tea when you shared the price of that shampoo😳.
Wow 700k 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 congratulations. I hope you can return those two expensive items and get your money back 😱
