LOL I absolutely love the mood you two have in your videos. Please never change it! I laugh so hard every time I see one of you take a jab at the other, who can just sigh because there are certain things you don't want to say in a video.

I'm glad you like our style. A lot of jabs get cut in these top 10 videos.

Christmas Lights sounds a lot like Hanabi. Added it to my list. Looking forward to Santa's Workshop (Second Edition) from Elf Creek Games! Hope I can play it next Christmas.🤞

We really liked the mechanics in Christmas lights! We have Hanabi but haven't played it yet so if it plays similiar that's awesome! We also want to play Santa's workshop but haven't seen it for sale anywhere.

I'm guessing you haven't played Santa's Workshop 2nd Edition. I hope to hear what you think of it next year. :)

We got it for Christmas a few weeks ago, and even though we only played it once, I really enjoyed it! Probably be in a video for next Christmas

Great list! I would add Santa’s Workshop! Such a great light worker placement. Elf Creek Games is publishing a new edition this month! I have the first edition, but preordered the new edition. Also Nana has a Christmas edition! But I had to order that from Amazon Japan. Thanks for the great list!
LOL, just noticed this was from last year!

People keep recommending Santa's Workshop to us, so now we have to check it out. We have a couple more holiday videos that are already filmed for this year. We just have to edit them so be on the lookout for those

I can add more board games :) Gingerbread House, 12 Days, Letters to Santa, Animal Upon Animal: Christmas Edition, Dr. Seuss: Grinch, Grow Your Heart! and Elf: Journey from the North Pole :) I love board games with Christmas theme.

We don't have any of the games on your list except Santa Cookie Elf Candy Snowman, and technically, we don't have that yet (it's going in my wife's stocking). We did just get a Kickstarter game that my wife backed called Santa's Little Elves, where you play as elves stealing toys off the North Pole assembly line and trying to sell them online to make a profit. Sounds fun, but we haven't tried it yet.

That's sounds amazing! How many people can play Santa's Little Elves?

@@MIsForMeeple It's for 2-5 players. We still haven't tried it, but I took a look at the rulebook. It's incredibly light weight (1.00 on BGG) and the gameplay is basically guessing which of 4 available tiles (toys with different victory points, broken toys you can stick other players with for negative points, or a few special action tiles) your opponent wants to take. There's a single die that they secretly set to either 2,3,4, or 5, which corresponds to the different tiles. If you guess correctly, you steal the tile from them. If your guess is wrong, they get it. Replace the tile with the next one off the stack, and it's the next player's turn. The game goes until all the tiles are gone, and most victory points wins. That's it. There are a few little scoring bonuses, like the player with the most electronic or non-electronic toys gets 6 points, if you get one rollerskate it's worth 1 point, but if you get a pair, they're worth 8, things like that. I think it will be a fun little Christmasy filler game, maybe something I can play with my non-gaming parents. The theme and the art are pretty cute.

@@MIsForMeeple Quick update: We played it last night, and I don't see us playing it again. Imagine sitting at a table together taking turns saying "I'm thinking of a number from 1-4, see if you can guess it" over and over again. That's the game. My wife backed it on KS on a whim, and she couldn't stop saying "This is so stupid. Is this REALLY all there is to this game??" 🥱 Oh, well. They can't all be home runs I guess.
