- Past hidden coves and serene beaches, Trev returns the SWCP, this time heading from Par Sands to Fowey - a really beautiful and relaxing walk in unusually summery weather for the time of year.
Trev has been walking the South West Coast Path as and when he can over the past several years, slowly but surely heading towards his goal of completing all 630 miles of the UK's longest walk.

Warm October, just the right amount of warmth, keeps you active all day without sweating all over. Nothing beats a lollie at the end of a day hike, well, maybe a pint, depends on which one I run into first. 😆

Where I grew up and know it well, but now live on edge of Dartmoor Lovely bit of coastline as you leave Par 😂. Menabilly is a great spot for a dip.
