Gen x doesn't plan on retiring often called the Doom Generation we have been expecting the world to end since the 90's and it still keeps looking like that could be the direction.

I'm working on a series called 'Occupationally Divergent'. I've always been a job-hopper. The only way I knew to grow in different industries.
I am on VA disability now, so, I guess that's my horrible retirement plan. At 2024 VA rates, $1M every 21+ years.
Like Tucker, GenXers will have an opportunity abandon the former ways in order to bring in the new era, hopefully the one that makes the most sense.
I've long since given up on ever seeing retirement. Tbh I'm still shocked I've made it this far.(also a young X)

Thanks for the comment and encouragement! I think I will keep it up…maybe every couple of weeks or so. After I posted it, there were like four more stories I came across that I thought “oh! I wish I would have included that!”

id work on stabilizing your sound, you get way loud at 9:45 for instance

@@mysocalledgenxlife a couple easy things you can do - buy a $100-200 mic. If not, get a wind screen for your current mic and play around with the voice filters in OBS or whatever program you are recording with.
