- Growing bell peppers from store bought at home is fun and rewarded. No need buy bell peppers seeds anymore. Just buy capsicum from store bought and plant them in your garden. Planting capsicum from store bought is cheap method and simple.Growing bell peppers from seeds at home.
I buy bell peppers from grocery store near at my home. Choose matured bell peppers that got dark green or red or yellowish skin of bell peppers. It mean that bell peppers are matured enough and ready to sow.
Cut the bell pepper and separate the seeds then dry it under the sun.

Was it an organic Bell Pepper?? I planted from store bought. My plants are growing but how am I sure it will produce? Plus it looks like it takes a LONG time to even get to production stage!
I suppose every store pepper could be a different variety, so it's hard to know until you try it. They do take a long time to start producing. I have 8 bell pepper plants from a store bought pepper, and they're all producing good except for 1 of them. They're probaby around 2 ft tall so it took a while.
Hi, my leaves started to curl up , I think due to some sort of bugs, how to get rid of them and the leave miners as well? Furthermore, they flowered fast but they are only 30cm height..the fruits are not getting bigger..small like pingpong ball...they had stopped growing up.

For better result. You must spray your plant with organic fungicide and insecticide every 2 weeks. You can use neem oil for insect and copper soap for fungal. Don't forget to sprinkle high in nitrogen fertilizer every 2 weeks to the plant to grow well and you can also put epsom salt to you plant after one month after transplant to induce more flowers and nice fruit.
Consistent watering along with the above mentioned. Keep soil surrounding the plants loose will help with nutrient absorption along with adding a soil amendment of leaf mold or mushroom compost. You'll see results overnight.
@@CarlzJafran sorry just seen I have no sun. Today I just opened pepper what should I do to dry it out and for how long or many days do I dry seeds out for ?thankyou
@@vzero_snexfur885 you can dry it out behind the refrigerator. Its only take 2 or 3 days to dry under the hot sun.
@@CarlzJafran thanks can I leave seeds to dry out in the open on counter or is it better to leave to dry in cabinet for now since their is no sun or could I put it out on picnic table to dry do I need to cover it with napkin or just let the seeds dry on napkin thankyou
I think red bell peppers are better then green.

Agree with you but I have a problem when the monsoon season coming. The soil is too wet in a couple of weeks and all the plants are dies.

Pokok saya daun berkerinting dan rajin berbunga tapi asyik gugur.hanya satu pokok yg berjaya berbuah.ada 3 pokok lagi yg masih elok daunnya setakat ini.apa patut saya buat utk elakkan kerinting?
Daun kerinting ada beberapa sebab pertama overdose baja, kedua serangan apid atau bena kat blkg daun, ketiga kekurangan mikro-nutrient tetapi lazim berlaku daun kerinting ini disebabkan oleh lebihan baja dalam tanah.
Apa yang perlu dibuat adalah siram banyak air pada pokok dan jgn siram untuk beberapa hari. Potong pucuk bagi diserang daun kerinting utk tunaskan semula. Moga berjaya.

Boleh tuai lebih dari 3 kali jika pokok sihat. Sebab selagi pucuk membesar selagi itulah dia akan hasilkan bunga dan buah.

Saya prnah tanam. Belum sempat besar sudah kena ccuk lalat buah. Bsuk dan berulat di dalam. Giveup dah nak tanam.
3 minggu slps pindah dlm pasu sembur racun serangga dan racun kulat organik seminggu sekali sehinggalah berbunga. Hentikan semburan racun serangga bila pokok dah mula berbunga. Nanti pendebunga tu juga akan mati hihi. Slps bunga jadi buah lakukan semburan rutin seminggu sekali.

Maybe that was the way the store packaged them. Not everyone can shop at Whole foods. My local stores sell them wrapped the same way. I guess I could drive 35 miles to buy one that is loose but that's seems a bit extreme.
The seeds are pretty clingy, I didn’t hear him rap at all but yes he did film the footage. Earth is not a globe btw lol

@@kqdwills My answer still stands.If you live in a small community with limited options. That may be the only choice you have. I buy fresh through Farmer's markets in season. I agree, that they could save by not wrapping them, however, I don't think it will change.
