  • the recipe name is chinta chiguru nethallu
    ingredients:- onions, green chilli, chinta chiguru, dry fish nethli, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, daniya jeera powder, 1 cup water.
    note:- total process should be in low flame.
    preparation:-
    wash the dry fish nethli(100g) in hot water 2 times and keep a side.
    wash the cup of chinta chiguru and take into the bowl.
    cut two onions and 4-5 green chilli's
    keep a pan on the stove add 3 spoons of oil and fry the fishes for 3 minutes take them into the bowl. in the same pan add chinta chiguru and fry for just 2minutes collect them into the bowl. again in the same pan add more 2spoons of oil now add onions, green chilli's into it and fry them for 5 minutes. add 1 spoon of salt and 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder to the onions after that add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 5 more minutes now add 1 and half spoon of chilli powder and roast it for 2mins and now add chinta chiguru and mix it for 3mins now take 1 tea spoon of fried daniya jeera powder and fried dry fishes to it and stir for 2mins it's time to add 1 cup of water and close the lid. after 10mins everything will be cooked perfectly and this time u can adjust ur taste by adding salt or chilli powder and cook 1more minute and turn off the stove.
