Yay thank you wanted to know the recipe
I was shocked to see the hostile angry comments. Dale isn't doing Evelyn's recipe. he even stated this. He's showing viewers an easier recipe that a home chef could try. But let's get real, I still am not gonna do Dale's version either, LOL. But I enjoyed seeing him and I liked his ad for the Gelato too. 😂

Okay they have this chef this doing recipes from the chefs on the current season. you couldn't just get the chefs from the season who did the recipe to cook it? What's the point of doing Evelyn Garcia's recipe if it's not Evelyn from the show showing us how to do it, she made it.
For better or worse, these are clearly not the same recipes. Dale is taking the recipes and dumbing them down into something that takes less time to make and that the average viewer can do at home. Most folks aren't going to go buy a full brisket and smoke it for 12 hours. Though I agree that it would be nice to see the real thing.

Shoulda let Evelyn, do this. At least show us her recipe before completely bastardizing it.
