Hello, I appreciate your straightforward approach to backing up computer files.
As a small business owner, have you considered using a NAS to also back up your emails and cloud storage?

I've thought about it 🙂. But I'm personally not that concerned about email backups. But if you have a more legally precarious business, or you otherwise require a strict paper trail, it might be worth it

If backing up a NAS with multiple computers saving to it, do you still require more than one plan?

Good question! I think you'd just need one plan. If one computer can connect to the NAS and access all of the files from the other computers.... I don't know if there'd be a way for Backblaze to know it's actually multiple computers. There may be some fine print limit to "unlimited" though.

Which external hard disks are more reliable wd or seagate?

I asked a couple video editor friends, and they prefer Seagate over WD. But different models and production runs have different failure rates. Whichever brand you go with, make sure you have redundancies in place.

Backblaze had a sheet of drives they use and ones that are more reliable. Toshiba's are veryreliable if my memory serves me right.
