Great job well done. Why do so many sales people these days seem to have no Idea when it comes to practical design and continuosly use 'Head Banging' Chimney hoods. In over 45 years designing kitchens, after banging my head on these things on surveys and in showrooms I always advice stay away from them. Two reasons one they are a nightmare to clean with all that surface area. Their main function is to attract grease and steam, so why use something that will get covered in it that you will have to clean. I always advise some form of 'concealed' Hood extraction where the only exposed area is the grease filter such as a Telescopic, Integrated or Canopy hood. But hey what do I know, the public think all people in showrooms are designers with practical experience just because they can knock out imressive pictures using CAD, little do they know. Remember these are 'SALES PEOPLE' not designers, their philosophy seems to be, just answer 'YES,.......now what is the question' because they know instead of giving honest practical advice that may just get in the way of making a sale. Or maybe they just don't know their job. Hence why there seems to a crazy trend back to out dated impractical things like Range Cookers, Belfast Sinks, and American style Fridges etc.
I have seen customers that no matter what were told they never listened they just want to look cool and come up with OH YOU KNOW WHAT WE NOT GOING TO USING THAT A LOT SO IT IS OK WE CAN LIVE WITH THIS so back to that CUSTOMER’s WALWAYS RIGHT thanks fort watching and sharing your thoughts
Great work, maybe you do but didn't see it, I always silicone all the inside horizontal and vertical corners of the sink unit before doing any pipework, just incase there is water spillage, so the carcass doesn't swell....nice clean efficient work 👌
