That whole scene with Estinien and the alchemists is what happens if the writers don’t have Hildebrand for 2 expansions.
Hildebrand return confirmed in the last Live Letter
Tbh I’m glad they didn’t. Made it easier for me to get the Manderville relic 😂
The scene with G'raha eating his burger brought only one thing to mind:

shen's excitement for literally EVERY THING going into Endwalker was the biggest vibe and biggest mood, relatable
"Thank god I'm playing on Brynhildr" my exact words when I got a queue of 200 when I first started the expansion myself XD
I used to be on Bryn. Wish I never moved lol
Over in Light Pheonix, my friend never saw the queue drop below like 2000 for the whole week of launch

Im so glad I'm not the only one who died laughing at the aether sickness scene. It was SO FUCKING hilarious.
The pose Urianger made when the port started, him passing out and then sitting there like he just lost his will to life... I think I was never laughing so hard and worrying that much at the same time omfg xD

The part where the Alchemists gang up on Estinien, it's just like...dude you can jump. DRG Jump out of their reach like the Elezenoid cat you are? And then he didn't, and I laughed.
i think the strength of his knees left him when he got surrounded by them lol xD
The Floating G'raha got to me too when I was playing, I thought that he overlapped over my pet and got a weird interaction with it. clearly that's not what happened
From the brief tests I did at launch it seemed to be that due to the server load the game was not realizing the npcs were going down an incline, so they just kept going at the same level they were at when they first desynched.
more budget went into voicing the flower lore than in voicing all of ARR.
Except they got an almost infinite budget on Endwalker, while the budget for ARR was not even comparable. Bad take.

God, that thumbnail art really nails how everyone felt after Endwalker. When I was done, I went to Coasta Del Sol and just… floated in the water. For like, an hour. Shadowbringers made me cry. Endwalker… Endwalker left me speechless.

Fun fact: That scene where G'raha eats a burger with the rest of the Scions was one of the most expensive scenes to make in the game, if I'm not mistaken. I dunno about you, but I find it hilarious that the WoL and the boys having a feast cost the dev team _much_ more cash than most other scenes in FF14.
Shen you have continued to be one of my Favorite streamers and youtubers for the past years. I first started watching you when I was around 15 and Im currently 18 and its been fantastic.

I don’t play FFXIV but I’m in love with this game. I got into it in the beginning of 2021 and got obsessed,watching any video I could. I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to watch you play Endwalker. I don’t regret it and can’t wait for the free trial to come back so I can try it.

I remember it took me. WAY too long to find Krile in Labyrinthos, yet in a cutscene at near the end of MSQ, I knew who a certain someone was off screen based on the sound of their footsteps. I am not the smartest. C:

MINFILIA IS A GOOD CHARACTER but like i didnt care about her and i was kinda glad when she fucked off because it let ryne's personality shine through more and was good development for dadcred
MSQ did Minfilia dirty. She *could* have been so interesting! The bits we get to see of her in EW are pretty amazing! ...But yeah, the game gives you so little reason to get invested in her, it's a bummer.

I wasn't able to watch your Endwalker streams at launch day because I couldn't pre-order for it. (Broke hs student and all) but I was able to get it for christmas and I loved it. I'm glad I'm able to see your reactions and cry while doing it, thank you Shen!

There's literally 2 minutes of this video I can't watch due to the fact I haven't done it yet and I am trying to avoid spoilers to the best of my ability (So far so good-ish) None-the less I LOVE the Shen content, and I actually asked my friend who's played through Endwalker and knows my current progress how much of this video i could watch. That being said, I'm glad for the Shen content, and can't wait to do More Endwalker once My Girlfriend catched up to me.
I was there for launch day, and I made the mistake of closing the browser and opening it with the game launch... the thing would not load until it was too late

Hot take: Garlemald is the British Empire in the 1600s-1800s trying to conquer everyone.
Thanalan is the Middle East, Ala Mhigo is Turkey. Stormblood is very blatant in it's depictions with Kugane being Japan, Othard- China and Azim Steppes being Mongolia. Thavnair is likewise very blatantly India. Judging by naming structures, La Noscea is most likely Italy, Coerthas and Ishgard are France. The Black Shroud is most likely Germany (the black forest and sylphs, location roughly relative to Ishgard, celtic styled names). Bonus, the Allagan Empire is very easily Atlantis.
Garlemald is actually the Roman empire not British
