I tried it - it sent as overseas as it’s not possible to do local transfer if the account is RDA which was my case.
I am working abroad and have saving of 2300USD almost every month. Should I sent the back to my PKR saving account for getting 21.5% interest rate or should I keep them in my foreign currency account.

How I save is, I have 2 bank accounts, on my salary arrival. I calculate my monthly expenses and then transfer remaining amount to 2nd account. If my expenses get exceed, I only withdraw emergency or limited amount from 2nd account.
I always try my best that I will not withdraw from 2nd account.

No one will help you dear in this. If someone helps you, they will not carry any responsibility and they might have some vested interest. Better to start small and keep learning yourself. Start from broad market ETFs
