What about cleaning the 3 water filters? That should be checked regularly

I was told by Mercury customer service that there is not a requirement of changing break in oil. They said you won't find it anywhere in the manual for it either. I have a 2021 Pro XS 115. Am I missing something here? Is Mercury customer service in error? My guess is it can't hurt? Thanks
