Actually I'll do chilli idly by using chilli powder. But my son used to say it's not that much taste. I'll make red chilli paste and try this recipe and make my son happy

I tried this dish it came out very well. Thank you for the wonderful dish at the same time the red Chilli sauce which you prepared also came out very well . The only thing which I became upset was that my red Chilli sauce was fully spoiled by fungi and it didn’t come till 3 months also. Just for Max 20 days it was nice. I finally had to throw away the spoiled red Chilli sauce. So I just want to let you know the red Chilli sauce which I stored in airtight container didn’t last more than 20 days. You have mentioned that it will last for 3 months or 6 months but why did it get spoiled after 20 days?
