Graham himself has 3 different shows that I know of. Caleb should 100% start his other show that he been mentioning and talking about how he wants to do. He has enough rental properties now at this point for where he is at, should focus on growing his business so he can have 10 million in his retirement and brokerage and then think about more real estate
Great example of a good personal finance guy needing expert business financial guidance and some checks on behavior. Take the time to make wise decisions, weighing pros and cons logically, whether its personal or business finance. Great job Money Guys, and thanks to Caleb for being willing to do another self-financial audit. Y'all rock!
good point - i also noted at end, as Brian noted during the interview, Caleb had the main points, his action items as well as actions to be taken by the end. I look forward to seeing if he is able to do the personally tortuous defer real-estate gratification and do the items which he agreed would be best to take. ... Dr-Patient or Advisor-Client relationship .... so fun.
Just graduated college, I knew nothing about finances. Started with Caleb, now I watch The Money Guy too. Happy to share I’m debt free and engaged, getting married next year. So thankful to all of you. LETS GOOOOOOO, financial mutants rise up 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I think Bo really shines on this video and you really see his expertise. He is sometimes reserved on the normal show and you can tell he really knows his stuff and knows how to be his client’s ally and strategist.
When you watch stuff like this, it makes you realize: Graham and Caleb are UA-camrs who know a little finance. The Money Guys are real finance professionals. Their candor, the depth of their knowledge, the confidence and mentorship with which they speak - they’re true advisors, not just personalities. Love Graham and Caleb’s content, they have great info, but Brian and Bo are true professionals.
Well in fairness to Caleb, his channel is mainly just trying to get people out of debt. He doesn't really talk about what's in this conversation, he talks about what he knows, which is getting out of a pile of debt. He doesn't pretend to be the same thing as money guys.
Yes, Caleb is "just" about basic personal financial advice. The Money guys have lots of letters - credentials - and decades of combined experience in personal finance, investing and asset management, business management and taxation. Totally different vantage points. Really great information!!
The Money Guys really showed their skills and expertise and Caleb was an excellent student that took NOTES! This was fantastic insights for us UA-cam students. Thanks.
I’m a devout Caleb Hammer viewer, and he introduced me to you guys, but I swear every time he does a collab on his channel the two creators just bro out the whole time and I can’t even finish the video. it’s not the high-quality educational content he’s become known for. Thanks for keeping it professional Money Guys I was hopeful this wouldn’t be like his other collabs and you didn’t disappoint!
This was incredible!!! Loved this episode. It felt like you guys gave Caleb some hard-to-swallow truths. I think Caleb would do a great job in Real Estate, but the wisdom of having deeper pockets/ cash reserves I think will help him a lot. You guys did a great job.
It's so sad to see that Caleb doesn't enjoy his job. I can see how he likes his privacy, but the vast majority of his viewers love him and don't wish him any wrong. The few people that character assassinate him are stressing him out and I think he worries he'll run into those people in public. But I'd say it's worth those few uncomfortable encounters to have so much positivity coming your way from your true fans. Like he said he had 5 fans come up to him at dinner and he said it made his night...and probably impressed his date! Don't be scared of the limelight Caleb! You're good at what you do and we all think you're a good person, let your inner-star shine man! You worry too much bro!
0:46 "I'm getting double-teamed financial audited. First time Money Guy's train being ran on me." Caleb has a way with words this was a hilarious comment lmao 😂
I think it needs to evolve or its going to get old. "You're not a Credit Card person" and people there not taking the advice -- it gets old after a time.
Hey just wanted to remind Caleb that he's doing good and that we, the audience, appreciate him so much. Haters gonna hate but the community will still be here.
Ok first, big kudos to Caleb for promotion some serious, and fairly invasive transparency here. This was an incredible collab video and I'm so happy I didn't skip this one. Kudos all around guys. This was very informative to watch.
I feel like Caleb has people on his show who are delusional to finances, and that is what makes his show worth wild is to see the dumbster fires and the come to Jesus talks. Although seeing someone like Caleb who is financially literate get audited by people who have much more experience is great to see. The audit of a "financially literate" person by a CPA makes for some great content. Keep up the good work :)
I actually preferred this to the people who, by and large, are not going to listen anyways. And he makes the plan so strict it is most likely they WILL NOT SUCCEED. He needs to have those shows showing how to shop on the grocery budget he gives them. How to cook on it. How to keep yourself out of the gas stations. Advice viewers can use as well.
As a fan of both shows I absolutely loved this episode. I think the Money guy advice that needs to be incorporated the most for guests in Financial Audit are steps 1, 2, and 6 of the FOO, especially when it comes to what types of insurance you need before aggressively tackling debt and what type of retirement accounts should be prioritized. I’ve heard Caleb tell guests about the need to have health insurance, and pet insurance when applicable, but I have never heard him talk about disability and life insurance, which is scary to not have if they have family/kids. Same with retirement. I have also not heard him make sure that they are getting the employer match first (step 2) before tackling debt then prioritizing Roth and pretax retirement accounts before taxable accounts.
A heartfelt thanks to The Money Guys and Caleb for this collaboration. Caleb was incredibly courageous and brave for being so vulnerable and transparent. My key take aways. Financial momentum and bandwidth are very real. Our daily choices can easily and unknowingly disrupt both. Don't plan for a bare minimum life. How can your money support the life you envision? Cash gives you leverage. Value your time. True sustainable wealth is not about gaming rewards and other finance offers, zero interest etc. Mindset can often lag behind even once your income/revenue has exploded. Best wishes to everyone for a healthy and prosperous 4th quarter.
With Caleb's concern for his UA-cam channel flopping in a given number of years- I can tell you right now that I will DEFINITELY still be watching!! Just because we watch a years worth of content doesn't mean that's all the motivation we (people trying to financially educate and dig ourselves out of debt) need! It's going to take me YEARS to work on my financial situation. It takes lots of time and patience and sometimes there are hiccups along the way. I need Caleb to keep me motivated as the months and years go on because there's only so much information I can store away in my brain at once! Sometimes I'm so impatient for the next video that I have to rewatch old videos just to get in a good mindset to keep going! I can't get enough, Caleb! You have truly helped me and I've got a LONG road ahead of me! KEEP IT GOING!! Once I find a UA-camr I love, I'll watch them for decades, no joke!
This was really cool to watch since even though Caleb is really helpful to people that are struggling, coming into rapid success brings a whole new set of challenges that he's not as familiar with yet so it seems like he got some really good advice.
I think Caleb has been so surprised at the amount of money he’s amassed in the last year that he was just trying to do a bit of everything. He’s great at helping people in really bad situations but he didn’t really know much about growing wealth once he had a lot of money (most people dont). He says all the time that he always takes advice from people who know more than him I’m certain topics, and I truly believe that he is going to take most of the advice he has received from these guys. That’s the main difference between him and most of his guests - he is humble enough and smart enough to listen to people who know what they’re talking about
I really enjoy the detailed number review and deep dive and explanation on why the large amounts of cash on hand and such. This is a different outlook from Graham. This felt like a critique on the direction of the business and how to have the numbers to sustain it rather than the personal side like Graham. Loved how the FOO came out in this episode.
Has someone told Caleb that not having an emergency fund is an emergency? As a business owner having less than 6 months of personal expenses covered is SCARY. Almost nothing saved for the business is REALLY SCARY!
I have to say that Caleb's financial audit videos have definitely helped my husband and I re-look at our finances and redo our budget. Thank you money guy show for having Caleb on your show. Such an awesome video.
It’s interesting how they told Caleb that he is to nice to be a landlord. I think Caleb is 100% in the right for this. He is not naive of making money. But the fact that he wants to help lower end communities and treats people as human and is worried for them. I get that he is not maximizing his profits or returns but the fact that he helps his tenants no matter their own situation is amazing. We need more landlords who care and can help.
The Money Guys are huge on the oxygen mask metaphor. Take care of yourself and THEN help others. They even mention that they support real estate in the future but he needs to be significantly more liquid before getting in to that game, especially because he wants to be in these lower income areas that are more vulnerable to landlords taking a hit.
Excellent conversation. And I feel Caleb is so mature and logical, that he's willing to listen to some advice from some of us 'older dudes' that have seen and experienced some garbage, that truly just want the best for him.
I have no doubt Caleb is going to walk away from this audit with a list of things he will do based on Brian's suggestions. Max out the retirement investments. Get his company on a 401k plan for tax savings. Commercial real-estate. Pay yourself rent. Get a great tax advisor. Caleb isn't going to stop residential rentals. I don't think he should stop. He has a great thing going.
This is my favorite money guys episode ever! I would watch you guys giving financial advise to individuals all the time. I love when you give financial advise to an individual because then I get to learn more about the minutiae. Please tell other people what they should do with their finances, pretty please! If one of your employees or clients was willing to share their finances with the world with you fine-tuning things that would be amazing. Or you could do it charitably for a viewer! Also I would love your favorite financial book recommendations list. Thanks again for an awesome episode ☺️
Caleb, I suggest you keep the rentals as a hobby since it sounds like you enjoy them. Also they address a need you seem to have. Also it's a good way to learn about real estate, which hopefully you can integrate into your financial audit advice. All the other counsel was pure gold -- thanks to the Money Guy.
Best episode ever !! This was waaaaaay more productive than the one with graham. This actually had good points for everyone! Thought Caleb is very successful % grow with the person!! Great episode!! ❤
nah, splitscreen is too old-school. makes me feel like im watching political debates on cable news. those extreme close-up shots of Caleb are hilarious, why get rid of them?
This was well worth the watch. Caleb, keep it up man. Also, I genuinely enjoy it when people can be open and honest with their struggles and successes in regards to finances. The Money Guys are so awesome! Love what you guys do. Keep educating and loving what you do.
I wonder if the money guys would provide financial audit services to regular folks who aren’t sure if they want or need full time financial management. They did a great job with Caleb!
It’s interesting to see the guys help Caleb transition from thinking like one of his clients to thinking like a successful business owner. Many of his answers were about cutting back and handling emergencies, because that’s the advice he gives, but their advice was about preparing for opportunities and growing. Different strategies for different situations.
You can tell Brian is really an advisor and we don’t understand that creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, such as consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for sound investments. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.
Tons of value in this! I’m in my first year of my own plumbing business and found the advise given to Caleb very applicable to my own situation. Thanks!
Been seeing Money Guys pop up but didn't really watch until this collab. I definitely will be going on a binge of money guys next when Im finished with the financial audit binge!
I LOVE this! I recently started as a financial advisor at a brokerage firm, and I got so much from seeing the Money Guy team in action that I’d love to incorporate in my process. The humility and respect for one another you have in your partnership is admirable and inspiring. You guys are the real deal!
I loved this audit. It's so useful for not just self employed people like Caleb, but also for those with some extra income. And I like that you held Caleb accountable for his percentages.
Dave Ramsey’s site may have recommendations in your area for financial auditing. A retail bank would be the last place I’d look. They make lousy wages, very little training and most are in no better financial position than the average American. Not to mention they need to cross sell. Another idea is ask local successful business owners, or ask older, successful friends or family who they got advice from, or ask at church.
I enjoy watching Caleb and Graham. This show confirms why I love the money guy show and why probably long after G&C have moved to other endeavors, I will still be watching the money guy show and their abundance cycle.
This episode was amazing--definitely one I will be watching again to slowly digest. You both have great interpersonal skills--I'm sure honed by a career as a financial advisor--and I would love to see more "elevated" financial audits discussing specific money strategies for people on their way to success. It was so much fun to listen to.
You can see the difference between the money guys and the Graham video. Money guys have so much knowledge, information, and experience. I feel like I learn way more from them
I couldn’t wait for this show and it did NOT disappoint! Love to you all! I usually don’t like videos this long, but I enjoyed every moment! “Ello. I’m Mogan Freeman.”
This collab ( or "co-leb" 😂) just shows the true class of Brian and Bo and pure authenticity from Caleb. The MoneyGuy show and Financial Audit are a true inspiration to all those trying to live their best financial lives! I am starting to see so much content on youtube that is filled with bias, hate, and driving people apart (especially the youtube shorts). These guys genuinely want the best for people and educate viewers to become their best self not only fiancially but as individuals too. Anybody that could throw online hate to people who have intentions to help others improve their lives are shameful but they'll never dampen the movement that @MoneyGuyShow and @CalebHammer have started!! Thank you for what you do MGT and Caleb! So many people are better off for watching your shows!
I for the first time in my life got UA-cam premium because I love to consume Caleb’s stuff as a podcast at night and through my day I’m ANY spare time so a podcast is the true progression
I started with watching Graham a couple years ago, then found Money Guy after about a year, then found Caleb when he was still veryyyy small. Like there was only a few episodes out. When I first found Caleb, I LOVED his content but I never in my wildest imagination would’ve thought he would collab with Graham and the Money Guy. Love that for him!! Keep it up guys!!
He popped on my Tik tok fyp and thought he was another guru, i looked at his channel and subbed below 1,500 subs and have been there since but the content is slowly getting staled
I absolutely agree with the idea of commercial real estate over residential. As someone whos worked in commercial lending for the past 15 years, commercial real estate over residential 100x over without a question, every day of the week/month/year.
As a business owner, having so little in emergency fund scares me. I'm also responsible for the financial lives of several people, so I hold a minimum of one year of reserves in case there are issues and we need to keep them going. Some think one year is too much, but the comfort it brings and allowing us to pursue other opportunities is priceless.
This has been one of the best Money Guy/Caleb Hammer episodes of all time. This felt more like a wealth building strategy meeting than an actual financial audit. He has enough rental properties now at this point for where he is at, should focus on growing his business so he can have 10 million in his retirement and brokerage and then think about more real estate
@@TeKnoVKNG23 1:07:45 Caleb just said he likes criticism 🤔
@@Kevintendo The way his reddit is moderated suggests otherwise, lol.
Great example of a good personal finance guy needing expert business financial guidance and some checks on behavior. Take the time to make wise decisions, weighing pros and cons logically, whether its personal or business finance. Great job Money Guys, and thanks to Caleb for being willing to do another self-financial audit. Y'all rock!
100%! Caleb feels like he's a trauma surgeon/first aid. Dealing with million dollar budget sounds so much more stressful....
good point - i also noted at end, as Brian noted during the interview, Caleb had the main points, his action items as well as actions to be taken by the end.
I'm really impressed that Caleb & Brian feel so much responsibility for their employees.
My 2 favorite financial shows on UA-cam. I have learned so much between these 2 shows.
Phenomenal episode - you guys need to have more shows like this one.
Please do, your depth of knowledge was showcased in this video. Thank you
I'd love to see them do this with other UA-camrs building their businesses...
Bo caught himself, he was about to say “Welcome to The Club” when Caleb announced he’s a millionaire 😂.

Bo is an unbelievably eloquent communicator and I've never seen someone give feedback so well.
This was incredible!!! Loved this episode.
It felt like you guys gave Caleb some hard-to-swallow truths. I think Caleb would do a great job in Real Estate, but the wisdom of having deeper pockets/ cash reserves I think will help him a lot. You guys did a great job.
Agreed 100%!
@@CalebHammerthanks for opening yourself up to another great audit!
And boy was it true
😂😂😂
Caleb, you’ve got 20+ years runway
Your format will never die
I think it needs to evolve or its going to get old. "You're not a Credit Card person" and people there not taking the advice -- it gets old after a time.
@@sarahschreffler5407 yeah it will get old
@@sarahschreffler5407you say that, but people still watch/listen to Dave Ramsey even after all these years
Hey just wanted to remind Caleb that he's doing good and that we, the audience, appreciate him so much. Haters gonna hate but the community will still be here.
Bo’s kindness while being persistent to ensure his client hears his point is great! I want him to be my FA one day
Ok first, big kudos to Caleb for promotion some serious, and fairly invasive transparency here.
Advice viewers can use as well.
as someone currently getting an accounting degree, i genuinely spit out my drink when he said GOOGLE SHEETS
This didn't get enough attention
Google is better than that Microsoft junk that never works
1:08 the laminated FOO just made me smile so big!!! I know this is gonna be GREAT 🎉🎉🎉🎉
As a fan of both shows I absolutely loved this episode.
Facts I agree I will be watching this for years.
This is the best comment
Money Guy team showing what a real financial planning session looks like 😎
This was really cool to watch since even though Caleb is really helpful to people that are struggling, coming into rapid success brings a whole new set of challenges that he's not as familiar with yet so it seems like he got some really good advice.
Are you gonna collab with Caleb too?! 😂
I just need to make a million within a year suddenly, and then I can apply all this knowledge 🙏
Is it that surprising tho he has almost all of his net worth tied up in "rental properties".
Wait (i haven't watched yet) Caleb doesn't have emergency savings!? He's always preaching this to his viewers 😂😂
@@nataliearciniega2103 this guys finances are SHIT.
@@nataliearciniega2103he does just not so good on company side.
Haha He does have one! But we gave him some new perspective on the future of his emergency fund. :)
Can we take a moment to appreciate Bo acknowledging their own biases? The Money Guys are the best. ❤ Loved this collab! 👏🏼👏🏼
The CFA in Bo was laughing at that portfolio diversity 😂 Fantastic audit - very knowledgeable!
It is the best. I’ve already listened to it twice.
I think Graham's episode had some good points too, but the focus was different.
Caleb putting his money where his mouth is and being open to an audit too I LOVE this. Everyone should have audits- no one should be above a check in.
CALEB, please adopt the splitscreen. It's SO MUCH easier to watch than your constant switching back and forth.
I like it, I like it a lot... STEALING
Yes, please steal it!!
100% agree!
nah, splitscreen is too old-school. makes me feel like im watching political debates on cable news. those extreme close-up shots of Caleb are hilarious, why get rid of them?

This was well worth the watch. Caleb, keep it up man. Also, I genuinely enjoy it when people can be open and honest with their struggles and successes in regards to finances. The Money Guys are so awesome! Love what you guys do. Keep educating and loving what you do.
What a freaking wholesome conversation. Love all these guys.
We got both a "nekkid" and a "wudder". I love it. 🙌
And several Warren Buffett references!
You can tell Brian is really an advisor and we don’t understand that creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, such as consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for sound investments. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.
I think my favorite thing about Caleb is that he asks questions and actually wants others advice as well.
Tons of value in this! I’m in my first year of my own plumbing business and found the advise given to Caleb very applicable to my own situation. Thanks!
This content is superior 🔥 You can clearly tell the Money Guys are professionals
Been seeing Money Guys pop up but didn't really watch until this collab. I definitely will be going on a binge of money guys next when Im finished with the financial audit binge!
Totally worth it. Their content is absolutely fantastic and very insightful.
This was so interesting to watch a high income business owner audit, while new perspective and different concerns
It’s great to see you guys in your natural habitat of working with a client.
Watching this episode really makes me think I need to have an outside person review my finances and tell me what I am doing right/wrong.
If you bank at a retail bank. They will have someone who will sit with you and build a plan. Sort of.
Caleb might be around a place where he can start adding another personality to his channel to help him with content when he gets overwhelmed.
I can sense so much respect and kindness between you guys.
This is absolute gold for us trying to establish a baseline financial structure. Thank you for putting this together. Love these guys! All of them!

Absolutely BRILLIANT. Having 3 of my favorite content creators all at once. And then they talk about real life situations with Caleb.
I love this episode! This was really enlightening as someone who hasn't gotten to the point of needing a financial advisor!
I just watched the audit you guys did with Caleb for Joseph - would love to see the Money Guys do their own financial audits!
Awesome to see behind the scenes of real financial advisors and not just UA-camrs
Really enjoying this conversation. Gives more insight in how the guys work with clients. Feel like I learned a lot!
I almost NEVER watch tv. When I consume content, it’s UA-cam. When I’m on UA-cam, 95+% chance I’m watching Caleb hammer.

" Eight different flavors of the same hotdog" That is great. I am going to start using that!
This was so much fun to watch. I love hearing Bo and Brian talk business.
This has been one of the best Money Guy/Caleb Hammer episodes of all time. This felt more like a wealth building strategy meeting than an actual financial audit. Its amazing to be able to listen to the wisdom of the Money Guy team on their ideal wealth building avenues. So many amazing take aways, what a phenomenal episode!!!🎉 Congrats my friends on a job well done.
