And the thing is if we have a blizzard with 3 feet of snow, we still have to go to school

That's on Lafayette, Louisiana, so it was not cold. I bet after living in Sweden he would think differently about the temp.

LOL I live in Wisconsin and there is about 2 feet of snow right now- we run 8 to 10 miles a day in it getting ready for track

This is hilarious lol. This is a normal mid to early April for us in Wisconsin. My kids will jump every single day in weather like this.

Your kids arent professionals who jump 6 meters in the air and these guys are a way more risk when they slip.

@@florlambrechts853 I'm well aware of that. There are other things you can work on on the runway/pit than trying to jump 6 meters in this type of weather. We have kids that jump 15-16 feet who will do practice jumps outside in this. Our seasons are somewhat shorter because of the weather, so we take every chance we can get to get outside and get on the runway/pit.

@@erics607 he is the world record holder he knows what hes doing . And of he gets injured its much much worse than some of your jumpers.

@@florlambrechts853 Well , I think he has been to Sweden , and not only in the summer, since this happened. He owns an apartment there, and in both Stockholm and Upsala there you can see quite a lot more snow both in the winter and early spring than shown here.

    Where is the blizzard?

Be easy. When you live in Louisiana, any day they close school due to snow is a "blizzard" to them.

These Duplantis brothers are likeable. Oh to be young, and really athletic. Brennan the coonass was very smart to begin a documentary. Do it like Seinfeld does "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." Just take a ton of video, and heavily edit it so only the dramatic and funny remains. A good editor will be your best friend. It may pay to make a deal with a Swedish production company to underwrite the project. I do not think Swedish subtitles will be necessary. Perhaps.

But I don’t want to blame Louisiana. This is almost as far down south as you can get in the USA, i did not even think it could get so cold there.Take Copenhagen in Denmark instead.I have lived there since 1982 and I have never experienced a winter without either frost temperature or snow. The local trains have become better but for many years, as soon as there fell a half a centimeter snow or the temperature dropped to zero the trains would not run. The situation with the trains have become better but it could be better and there’s also the same problem with buses.

Yeah no vaulting in the cold. Snap a pole. Not worth it. I just wonder. After breaking 6.18m record, how high can one realistically go? Is this going to be a pole technology advancement to reach new heights like it was for the golf ball?
