I got you beat in the age department,,,I am 58 and love nothing more than to get in my car and sing to my hearts content with Freddie.I think it is so special and unique the way Queens audiences all sing and clap along.Truly a special time and group. This youtube site keeps me up to the wee hours of the mornings here.I live in Montana and we are hungry for live entertainment so these youtube videos are a real treasure.
Freddie was so amazing. I am deeply affected by all the live versions of this song. How wonderful it is to hear him, and keep his memory alive. For that I am so grateful.
I saw THE BAND in Argentina,1981. I was 17, and I cry everytime I see this song, but I dance with "Crazy thing..."and sing with my four kids "We are the champion", shouting,of course.I always look for Queen when the day's hard, they bring me back to my 17
I saw Queen in concert in 1982. Last year, Queen plus Paul Rodgers played here in Vegas. Brian came out in the huge MGM arena and sat and played this song and we all sang with him. It was like being reunited with an old friend in his livingroom. The concert honored Freddie and we all enjoyed the evening. A great moment with Brian. If you are watching this video, then it is as if you were there, too. A great thing about Queen.
There are two words that pop in my mind when it comes to Queen, Freddy Mercury, and their music: "Beautiful" and "Unsurpassable" RIP Freddy. No one before, no one ever since.
Let us not forget Brian May. He is a master on the guitar and his voice is that of an angel. The entire bad is/was extraordinary at what each of them specialized in. Remember that Freddie mastered the writing, every instrument, and of course the voice. His voice is a gift that was shared for such a short time, but thank God for Freddie. Bless him.
3 weeks ago, I found out my girlfriend didn't even know who Freddie Mercury was. Now, this is her favourite song. This just shows how talented Freddie and Queen were, they could capture anyone's imaginations easily with their beautiful songs like this one. Freddie, we miss you so so much. And you John, you just come the fuck back already!
Me too! Freddie Mercury was amazingly talented!I have watched this video so many times and each time it thrills me to the point of goose bumps and shivers down my spine.
Freddie had so much love to give and Brian is such a fantastic guitar-player. Especially in this song you can hear that. Actually this song sounds like classical music. It reminds me of some beautiful peaces of Spanish classical music for guitar. We know, that Freddie loved opera. Actually he could be a very good opera singer. His cooperation with Montserrat Caballé was one of his dreams coming true. We will always love you, Freddie!
I know his spirit is still around us! That makes him so strong and special! But i feel sometimes very sad, because i didn't had the chance to enjoy his voice and whole being when he was alive! He had so much energy and love! I don't know many people who have that! I miss him!
there is one life and in that life theres moments of beauty and joy thank u freddy and queen for bringing that to me in my life as i die ill remeber your music and smile on my way out to heaven where will meet and ill see u in concert in heaven and enjoy your music for eternity
Esta é uma das mais belas canções da década de 80. E o grupo Queen é um dos melhores daquela "saudosa" época. Hoje em dia não há mais rock como em 80.Que pena!
I grew up in Washington State so I hear you on the small hungry-for-entertainment issue! I'm a teacher in Las Vegas and everyone seems to come here, but I can't afford to see them. You are still young. I'm being treated for early breast cancer and will be thrilled to see 58.
I was lucky enough to see them this year. At the time I only knew about "Another One Bites the Dust". Little did I know then I was witnessing one of rock's finest acts. By the time I was starting to really appreciate them Freddy had left us. RIP Freddy.
Thank you. If anyone had told me when I was fourteen in 1976 that some day I would be able to pull up video on a computer at will of Queen, and that I would own a new car with a CD player and own every one of their "albums" and be able to drive around listening to them, I think I would have exploded. I am very careful with my Queen collection. I still grin ear to ear when I drive around playing Queen. I'm 45 and not 14 anymore, lol. I understand your need for a morning fix
when i saw this video, i understand that i never can't sing like this guy. freddie, you was the best singer ever. although i born when you died, thank you for all the music, songs and melodys that you gift us. sorry for my english, i don't speak very well!! queen forever!!
Saw these guys live a few weeks ago. At one point Brian May changed the atmosphere completely by sitting down, strumming the tune and singing this tribute to Freddie Mercury by himself - accompanied by the entire audience of course! Probably the best part of a phenomenal gig.
This was one of my favorite songs of Freddie's, way back in the 80's and suddenly seeing the link on a dear friend's Fb page, brought it all back to me. He must have never dreamed that he would be remembered so much after his death.
JUst as when you any newcomer to this song would think a rockstar made an entry and he's gonna make a bang vocals, he bows down and makes it the most magical, sweet & serenading love song start ( to) end ever. Freddie the legacy of your voice remains as sweet and powerful.
one of the best "ohrwürme" that I ever had... never tired of it... (the day after having heard it for the first time I woke up with it sounding in my ears... i had been trying in dreams to remember it properly ) :)
really awesome, the audience's show of love for freddie....i have watched this video upteenth times now, and it never fails to give me the good chills! still the love of my life, freddie!
What you wrote was so thoughtful. I like knowing that people are still enjoying Freddie and Queens music.I watch these videos every time I am online,it is as if I need my dose of Freddie to get me going for the day.
He was so incredible, just absolutely extraordinary. I'm very lucky to have seen Queen at the Forum in Los Angeles in 1978 or 79 (I was young and can't remember exactly) but I remember hearing Bohemian Rhapsody live and it was incredible. Unfortunately, I don't know if they sang this song, but heard, Tie Your Mother Down, Bicycle, We Are The Champions and more. However, this song is my all time favoite Queen song. I even like Brian May's version of it.
Two years in K, two in 2nd, 1 in 4th, and then I RAN back to Kindergarten, lol. Took me awhile to find my "home." I have an aunt and her three daughters that are nurses. I debated between teaching and nursing as well. Thanks for your positive thoughts.
i love that he cant even begin to sing the song before the audience takes over. i have never seen audiences sing along like they do to this song, its incredible =)
When I first heard Queen, it was this song. I'd deffinitely compare my discovery in the music as a possbile human discovery of new intelligent life form in the Universe.
God should bring him back to us. I never ever tire to listen to him.

Earth is missing an Angel! Wish i could hear and see him singing this live! Maybe when i am standing by the gate of heaven! Miss him!
Freddie aveva un estensione vocale pazzesca ed inimmaginabile!!!! Un sogno meraviglioso

RIP Freddy. No one before, no one ever since.
People who witnessed this kind of shows don't know how lucky they were. Man I wish I lived in the 70's
I just can't get enough of this song... It's about a lost love that will be always, always present, just like my own "love of my life"...
one of the greatest songs ever...Freddy had the most amazing voice ....what a shame he passed too soon....the world lost a treasure
"somebody to love", "its a hard life" and "love of my life" are in my opinion the best queen love songs!!!
This is the story of my youth... the love I met and lost. Thank God and Freddie I still have it... as a song :)
This is the song what you'll never forget, The band who will stay the greatest all time and the singer who will live forever in our hearts!!!
This is one of the best songs of Mr Mercury No matter what some people think or say Fredy is the Best forever

NAGYON HIÁNYZIK FREDDIE!!!! Soha az életben nem lesz még egy ilyen TEHETSÉG, mint amilyen Ő volt!!!!
Nobody could take a crowd like Eddie and no one will ever after. He was a star.
So hard to believe this great voice is no longer with us.......
Totally amazing!!!!
Love this song, man and band!!!
una cancion muy emotiva, directo al corazon...
no cabe duda Freddie eras un genio
Makes me cry everytime I hear this song. Not many songs can do that! Love you Freddie xxx
What a marvellous voice! And the way he conducts the audience, you'd think there was a choir out there. Beautiful.
What a VOICE!! NOBODY will ever be able to sing as well as Freddy could. Such a strong voice.
R.I.P.!
to najpiękniejsza piosenka na świecie...brawo Freddie!!!

I love love love when the audience sings along with Freddie when they perform this live, it's so magical.
I grew up in Washington State so I hear you on the small hungry-for-entertainment issue! I'm a teacher in Las Vegas and everyone seems to come here, but I can't afford to see them. You are still young. I'm being treated for early breast cancer and will be thrilled to see 58.
The best singer of all times. I love you, happy birthday!
I still love you, too, Freddy! How is heaven? I am sure you are shaming the angels with your voice!! You are one of the wonders of the world!

everybody should be entitled to one "love of their life". I've had mine and I'm waiting for the other loves of my life.
