I really appreciate how thorough this discussion was in showing the history of how we got to this stage. Very valuable information. Just wish more doctor knew about it.

Its not medical restraint, it is torture with toxic substances. Zyprexa (olanzapine) for example is a proven toxic substance, see echa.europa.eu/substance-information/-/substanceinfo/100.125.320 Torture with a toxic substance is punishable, treating is with substances that can't do harm.

The term depression is too vague and is just a profiteering medicalisation of unhappiness. Rather ask what causes unhappiness. Nothing to do with a chemical imbalance.

About the use of force: If a person behaves in a way that is very risky like running around in traffic or hitting everyone around, I would like that person to be restrained by the police. If that person’s caretakers is very clear about how protective use of force can be used, I might agree with their intervention, but doing so makes it very hard for a confused or enraged person to understand why force is being used, so that is why its best to seperate caretakers from enforcers. I know they are still part of the same system, but the dialog after the use of force will be easier. I would strongly recommend to have an open and empathic dialog after the use of any kind of force in all areas of society. Using drugs to force people makes the dialog impossible, so that is not a great idea at all.

the drugs in many instances cause people to behave in a very risky way, and the police and the public fail to understand this at all. The former is an accomplice of EVIL psychiatry.
