I don’t believe it was the children, they were still searching for them, but I can’t imagine going through something like that, or witnessing it afterwards. Today isn't a HAPPY day for me. My father passed away little while back. He was a two time purple heart recipient and another medal of the highest mark, but we never found out what that was. Sadly he never told anyone and we found it clearing out his home. 25 yrs Airforce.
You get those medals for serving while wounded or, unfortunately, died while serving. To get those medals, he was very brave and kept fighting while injured. More than likely saved a lot of lives when he did. Honor him by being thankful for your freedom. He did the ultimate sacrifice for us all. Thank you for sharing. I pray that you find joy in what he did for so many people.

I don’t know if you do feel this way but, to experience fear, anxiety, doubt, etc. as a believer doesn’t make experiencing those feelings now a sinful act or experience. To actively doubt God’s existence, and Jesus’s sacrifice is what is sinful and engaging the sin nature of humanity. God gave us these feelings for a reason and it is wise to have some anxiety and fear during severe weather because thst enables you to keep yourself and others safe! We have the privilege of fighting these emotions from taking over our lives with the power of the Holy Spirit. God isn’t dumb and once you accept Jesus’s sacrifice you are forgiven, past, present, and future from all sins because in Gods eyes you are justified thru Jesus sacrifice. God doesn’t see you trying to fight against being scared and say oh they are feeling scared look how sinful they are.

Actually for me I prefer cold weather like 10 degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in winter. This is not because I grew going skiing. Skiing at Alta, Jackson Hole, Vail, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, Aspen Mountain, and Taios Ski Valley are all a distant memory. Anyway now I look forward to winter and majority of people here I surprising answers. Okay, after a few minutes of writing the above paragraph, I thought I should say I'm not crazy. The reasons I prefer winter and I didn't state that I HATE summers is because of medical reasons. If you have this going on the backside of your legs you wish you would have your legs be amputated. I had suicidal thoughts this past February, 2024 because of it.
The GFS 12z run is showing something i've never seen before. It shows the positive EPO in the beginning of June, like you showed in this video. So in theory, a trough should form on the east side of the US, making a negative NAO. However, that is not necessarily the case. Instead, a positive NAO forms, just for a brief moment, and that trough that was "supposed" to form gets cut off, now a cut-off low, and just stays there in the central-eastern US and strengthens. Now, because this is far into the forecast, it's going to change 100%. But I thought this was pretty interesting. I don't know why this occurred, I don't have any degrees or anything in this stuff. Maybe the GFS is, well... being GFS.

I can verify that south texas is hot af right now! This is going to be as hot as last year. We will have above average temperatures until the sun calms down. Average temps will fall as soon as this solar cycle is on its down slope. Then when the next solar cycle kicks back in, it will go back to above temps, rinse and repeat every 11, 12, 13 years.
Phoenix normal is 106 this time of year so its not extreme its normal. We have been 215-0 degrees below normal past 6 months.Phoenix hadnt even hit 100 yet- in 80s. So we are just getting to where we should be. And you shouldnt have rain here until monsoon. This is called a high pressure heat dome and its being engineered. They slam these heat domes on certain cities for months on end to create misery and destruction.
I’m in Central Texas. 90 degrees in the summer I can deal with but triple digits are miserable. Hopefully the weather pattern doesn’t stall out like it did last year with 70+ days of triple digits temperatures.

Actually for me I prefer cold weather like 10 degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in winter. This is not because I grew going skiing. Skiing at Alta, Jackson Hole, Vail, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, Aspen Mountain, and Taios Ski Valley are all a distant memory. Anyway now I look forward to winter and majority of people here I surprising answers. Okay, after a few minutes of writing the above paragraph, I thought I should say I'm not crazy. The reasons I prefer winter and I didn't state that I HATE summers is because of medical reasons. If you have this going on the backside of your legs you wish you would have your legs be amputated. I had suicidal thoughts this past February, 2024 because of it.
The GFS 12z run is showing something i've never seen before. It shows the positive EPO in the beginning of June, like you showed in this video. So in theory, a trough should form on the east side of the US, making a negative NAO. However, that is not necessarily the case. Instead, a positive NAO forms, just for a brief moment, and that trough that was "supposed" to form gets cut off, now a cut-off low, and just stays there in the central-eastern US and strengthens. Now, because this is far into the forecast, it's going to change 100%. But I thought this was pretty interesting. I don't know why this occurred, I don't have any degrees or anything in this stuff. Maybe the GFS is, well... being GFS.

I can verify that south texas is hot af right now! This is going to be as hot as last year. We will have above average temperatures until the sun calms down. Average temps will fall as soon as this solar cycle is on its down slope. Then when the next solar cycle kicks back in, it will go back to above temps, rinse and repeat every 11, 12, 13 years.

Phoenix normal is 106 this time of year so its not extreme its normal. We have been 215-0 degrees below normal past 6 months.Phoenix hadnt even hit 100 yet- in 80s. So we are just getting to where we should be. And you shouldnt have rain here until monsoon. This is called a high pressure heat dome and its being engineered. They slam these heat domes on certain cities for months on end to create misery and destruction.
I’m in Central Texas. 90 degrees in the summer I can deal with but triple digits are miserable. Hopefully the weather pattern doesn’t stall out like it did last year with 70+ days of triple digits temperatures.
