Yeh .. flathead and salmon have been regular catches in the Moreton Bay isn't it. I've made this video a few years ago when I was still pretty green to fishing in Brisbane. Back then I didn't have much experience with trying different lures, rig and jig. Things have changed now. lol.
U need to walk under the bridge. So from the boat ramp car park, walk left towards the grass area, then go down to the rocks. Wear good shoes. Good luck.
@@shaftyy8117 I haven't been there in king tide but from looking at Google Street View I can see a lot of the rocks are above water line. There should still be plenty of rocks to walk on even during high tide.
Out of all those places, I have cast net at the redland bay jetty, nudgee beach jetty, redcliffe mid bridge, victoria point ferry, port of brisbane, jacobs well and eagleby. Most of them you can cast net but not Shorncliffe Jetty.
@@thedon9670 there are signs on the jetty that say no casting, but I had council people there saying that we could cast on the metal platform at the end of the jetty. I think we could cast as long as we keep it clean and tidy, but then I had a someone on UA-cam told me that it's definitely not allowed. U be the judge. Lol
Out of the 10 places I have tried, I had more success at Jacobs Well, Port of Brisbane and Redland Bay Jetty. They are mostly prawns but sometimes by catch like a decent size mullet.

As you know how many spot you try but no fish .
