You are the King of Cardboard, Love it! I just made a light box out of cardboard and an LED light to scan a clients collection of photo slides.

@@JustShepCreator Sweeet, that’s what I like about youtube, people doing and sharing creations like this :) You should make a community post about it, or a video, I wanna see it in action and the results :) Just noticed you previously did Wordpress stuff, my «main job» has been making websites since the late 90’s, using wordpress since version 1.2, and «logic» says I *should* probably make WP content but figured that if I’m gonna have any fun making my job into my hobby project (youtube) is probably gonna kill my enjoyment of both ;)

Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment :) As for the audio .. yeah, gotta agree on that one - it was an experiment indeed, didn't exactly nail that one for sure, but one lives and learn :)

And I thought I was the one with the ancient GoPro.
It's a GoPro 8, and I have been using it for 98 pct of everything on my channel.
But now moving indoors over the winter, its lowlight performance limitations are beginning to show.
Time to find my even older Canon M50, even though it means downgrading to regular 1080P HD.
Curious to know if you will ever use anything else than your phone as main camera. It looks plenty good, but I just really prefer a dedicated camera.

@@Lysemoselund Hahaha, yeah, it’s ancient :) At some point I definitely will upgrade to a proper camera when finances allow for it - Probably the Sony A6700 or something like that. having to dismount the phone from recording to answer calls, answer messages and message customers, look things up and all that is *really* annoying, and I want to be able to do more things visually that what’s possible with the phone and locked aperture - and listen to podcasts and talk on the phone while doing b-roll and stuff. But for now the phone is what I have, and the best camera I have, so until I get a huge sponsorship or #sonynordic decides to loan me a camera (I wish) the phone camera is it :)

@ I’m really into your DIY approach.
You've already made a video about your beast of a camera.
I let my out my own beast of the basement today (Canon M50 from 2013) - shot my latest video in a whopping 1080 x 1920!
Maybe just do everything in HD (Resolve is happy to upscale)? Maybe wait to buy a new camera until hitting 1000 or 2000 subscribers, or when I turn 50.
Speaking of which: Happiness might lie in Sony's ZV series, which apparently stands for "Generation Z" and "vlogging" - pretty much targeted at us two, right?

I could have 3d modeled and printed a case as rough as that within the same time span as this video. edited this took you almost 30 minutes to make so im assuming it took you closer to 40 minutes total.

And if I hadn’t had to do what I did filming this, checking angles and what not, talking to the camera ++ I would have had the case knocked out in 10 minutes or less - if you want we can do an unedited build off and film each of our processes and compare ;)
