700 HP, factory seat belt, factory seat, no rollbar, .. Enjoying the tuning videos. I agree with the other feller that your personality and edits make them worth watching.
Lmfaooooooo joe you got me dying with the inserts hell yea this has been a great series with this car. Similar set up I have but I have an 85mm billet with 1500 injectors so this has been great with trying to see if I want to go e85 or run pump with race fuel on a track day. Thank for the videos joe
However i have another car i plan to do a bunch of fuel testing with. It will be a little while though will probably have a bunch of build videos along the way
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest just watched your other video on ignition timing effects on hp and then watching this video. This proves how much a good tune makes a combo! Imagine this customer coming in for a dyno tune starting at 482rwhp and leaving with 783rwhp is pretty badass!
Are you a one man show? Your shop reminds me a lot of mine. I’m still working towards getting the balls to quit my day job and do it full time. I remember hearing about you years back from Honda-tech.
Yup just me here. I desperately need atleast another person but hiring people is brutal. I love what i do but i always suggest people Keep their day job and do this stuff selectively for fun and some extra pocket money Is always my suggestion! There is a lot of stuff that goes along with doing it full time that people don’t think about!
For the uninitiated- “throwing the CO2 at it” - is that referring to the boost controller? I take it that the controller is using compressed CO2 to regulate the boost pressure???
Just curious how many more degrees of ignition are you able to sprinkle in with race gas compared to 93 tuneup? For a typical 5.3 sbe deal at these boost/power levels 17deg way too soft on c16 or the like?
I know this sounds like a bullshit answer but it’s literally different on every one. Some don’t want any extra timing and some may take 6-7. I generally don’t hammer cars with timing to try to make power so i usual i don’t push what the max difference would be. Like the supercharged e85 cars seem to take double the additional timing as a turbo car it seems
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest yea I just saw that when I went to your website, I live Houston wonder if you have any pretuned info. And thanks for responding.
Did a charger last week. Made 750 on a Dynojet the day before and 730 on my dyno with no changes I’ve owned a Dynojet, mustang dyno, Dynapack, and a mainline. Very familiar with how they all compare

He actually has all the safety stuff ready to be installed which is weird to be able to say and not be lying 🤣
Great videos, the way that you explain everything makes it more eazy to understand. Thanks!
Good old return drain procedure. It's super easy with Mr Sparkles the s10.
The videos keep getting better!
What turbo was it? 7665?
Givin it all the boost!
all the boost on a 4 cy with a 76l is 50+. all the boost on a v8 is 19 haha
7675? Or 7665?
Great video Joe. Your edits are entertaining too :)

e85 with the flex fuel sensor is the better option in my opinion.

loving these vids, just going back over them all again. a joe bindge lol
Can you please show how you are adjusting the fuel map in one of your videos when you are tuning
Ok i think I’m doing a terminator x car on Monday
Loving these vids joe keep it up, have a budget d16 build I hope to bring over there befor HDAY for tuning
I appreciate it! Just say when!
Great content as always!!
Great content. You should do a 116 vs. e85 video on this combo as well.
He doesn’t have enough injector for e85 and it’s a customers car i can’t keep it forever 🤣

Great vid Joe thx, pretty much the same setup as mine. How much timing did you end up with up top?
New subber from Ottawa Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 Great vid . Thanks for sharing

Yea throwing Co2 on the wastegate is how you increase the boost with Co2 based boost control like this one has
I’m tempted to redo my 351w turbo setup because of you man
Uh oh sorry about that 🤣

What are the 2 different spark plug part numbers you went with for the lower boost and higher boost tests? And gap please. Thanks
7's and 8's. .022" or so.
hey joe my friend where is your shop located
Hell yeah!!! Getting it
what fuel pump in this car? I got a 6.0 with vs 75mm and curious.
Nice, keep em coming
765hp at what rpm?
Everyone is happy except that fan belt 😁
What fuel pump? Would a single walbro 450 be capable of making 700whp?
This had a magnafuel 750. Single 450 could do it depending on fuel pressure, voltage, some some other variables but may be cutting it close
Where do you normally see a bw s476sxe tap out at on a 6.0? I just started watching and i love how you calmly freak out!
hmm not sure ive done one with that turbo. if i have we didnt push it hard enough to max it out!
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest ok i have some bugs to iron out and ill be getting on the schedule to find out.
I know it's a stock bottom end but were the piston rings regapped?
nope
Awesome results
Great videos.
What size is the hot side of turbo? 68?
75
I don’t think I could stand not being there for the dyno session. Haha. That’s like the equivalent of going to your kids graduation.
I could see that, but he’s another business owner and we don’t get to do the things we want 🤣
What plugs did u use and what gap ?
7's on pump 8's on the race gas. 022" or so
How much is that to whp?
it is whp
I'd be more than happy with that hp
time for 92mm t6 turbo for 1000hp🤘
We can do 1000 with less than a 92!

Southern Maryland about 20 min south of Washington DC
