Not trying to be a know it all or anything but you're wasting I/O bottle heater and even the fan imo. Never seen a fan turn on/off that low but I guess it's not a big deal on a track car. He will like his efi much better if he spends time on his timing table. I'll bet it's lazy and doesn't transition well from idle on the rev down low. Change it to 2d timing table and just about double the first 5 columns, then about the bottom 12 or 13 rows can be way higher in low vacuum then smooth it all. I don't know what camshaft he's running but that table looks like he's leaving major power on the table.
We've changed the timing table drastically since this video and he's not using that output for the bottle heater or bottle pressure. The only reason we had the timing table the way it was in the video is to make the least number of changes from his old setup. Right now he's within a tenth of his previous best time on the old setup.

I bought a headset and screen capture software specifically to make this video, holding a camera at the computer screen seemed a little hack to me.
