what a beautiful, authentic woman, inside and out. She kept her soul alive in the music business after all these years. Brilliant musician, a true singer, and courageous voice. Much love Sinead!
She made me even prouder to be Irish. RIP beautiful Sinead O'Conner.
Sinead O’Connor
She makes me wish l was x
National pride, where would we be without it?!?!
I've returned here after hearing of her passing. She's like a Buddhist troubadour. V special human being.
i believe she is a mystic, she sang with such heart.
🙏💜🕯️🌱🐾👣🌿🌎🕊️
What a beautiful soul God Bless Sinead O Connor RIP.
Her passing made me explore the youtube and I found this. Love to listen to her thoughts. Great artist!
Me too and it feels that I miss a lot.
Grow upp in a Catholic country.
Such intelligence and morals. Loved her interviews and perspectives on life and art.
shes a very inspiring person
Fantastic woman way ahead of her Time.
She never sold herself.. like all these do called singers do now a days.. shaking there butts!! You are a real Artist.❤️
she is a fighter ,strong and a brave woman.
Love you Sinead. You are a true sister. Absolutely one of the most intelligent and true humans ever.
what a lovely honest lady who has had a kicking for he beliefs! I love her,
I do hope she was able to accept enough love to make her life one she felt was worthy of all the pain she endured. This whole world owes her a gigantic apology. She was very inspirational. We think we're entitled to know everything we can find out about celebrities, but it seems she was very good at protecting her children from the public. People will make inferences and assumptions, but at the end of the day, she was a good mother for wanting to fiercely protect her children from the 'business' she worked so hard at. It's sad that her childhood was so brutal.
She really was masterful at protecting them, and didn't announce that was what she was doing like say, prince harry, as doing so makes the press or paparazzi more interested. She was a huge force, and like Morrissey said, this outpouring of love for her has come too late. So so sad.
Beautiful inside & out. All those arseholes that don't know the meaning of the word empathy that called her mad when she was at her lowest, she was far more intelligent than the lot of them and the people that loved her are going to miss her so much. 💔
miss her tons
I love her ability to, lightheartedly, stay on topic while this man loudly waffles over her - in the beginning at least. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam. May your God bless you, Sinéad, you beautiful soul. 💜
Totally agree.
He needed to shut up and listen to her. Kept running over her.
@@lc6067 definitely one of the worst interviews.
Sinead no doubt is a beautiful angel in heaven as she was on earth 🥰🥰
That’s a lie. Once a person is dead, they do not become an angel.
I believe so too!❤❤❤
she was a wonderful human being and artist but she's worm food now. No wings, no halo, no pearly gates. Sorry.
anyway I think she speaks very well, her mind, her thoughts, a great intelectual more than many
A Beautiful lost soul, now free fly high angel with your beloved son shane ❤😢
Word to your mother. She was always herself, and I will miss that fierce honesty.
I like how she doesn’t pull any punches and just lays it out there and challenges you to deal with it. Be offended, be defensive, run away, but deal with it.
And she’s always done that! She remained true to herself and I appreciate it
great great great, and she looks amazing.! i cant get enough of this woman,. she is a saint. and a real joy.. sooooo sick of fake ass wanna be "pop , rock & rap" " american idol bla bla bla stars" MEC
I fully agree with you.
The Refreshing Sinead O'Connor.
Sinead seems very Intellectual..such a force gone far too soon..sweet singer❤
What a GREAT interview 😍
She's absolutely brilliant! What a sad loss!!
Lovely to hear Sinead talking about our own Soul writing the music, and that it isnt from somewhere Else. We have our own Minds, and for whatever reason, we bring our own Truths into Music. If something Stays with you, its meant to be a Song. Thanks for your Honesty and for Sharing your Soul creations with us Sinead. You are a beautiful creation of Dublin..R.I.P💕🙏
She was kind to not tell him to stop interrupting her
She always was kind towards people talking over her ❤❤❤❤ I wish I’d met her and been around her to love her and ramble with her
Her book is a pleasure to read
And to listen to.....💚
I'll look for it. Is it in the book stores?
@@geristracener5253 I think so, I got it from Amazon. It’s like Sinead is having a chat with her reader recounting all the horrible things that happened to her as a child and yet she was able to find solace in her music and her faith. RIP Sinead, you were one brave and unyielding soul.
@@kl9272 indeed
@@geristracener5253 it should be...
he takes every moment he can to talk over her.
Thank god for her so she can tell the world how oppressed Ireland was by the evil of religion
The guy doesn’t let her finish. He keeps cutting her off!
Your ate such an amazing person. Can't get enough of you.
She IS and always has been such an eloquent, tasteful, meek woman. Too bad he wouldn’t have stopped interrupting and talking over her. Either way, she was very eloquent and beyond her years in grace
I love you….God I love you Sinead. What a beautiful soul. So humble and sweet and brilliant! She had so many beautiful powerful messages for the people of this world.
wonderful inyterview. restored my faith in Sinead. Finally she has realised that people like her music and if her private life's gonna be so whacky she's better off keeping it behind closed doors as it distracts from her incredible singing, songwriting and performing talent. Good on ya girl, I wasn't gonna..... but I think I might just go and book that ticket for the gig in Milan now
Such a wise person. The world needs so many more just like her , it would not be so insane. I stopped going to church lone ago because I found out the priest, was sexually abusing children in the parish. She stood up against that. The movie SPOTLIGHT , really brings it home to the truth. So she stood up to the pope , who knew all about what was going on and just moved the priest as well as the money . What a world we live in.
Sinead O'Connor was a stand out. She has a lot of great concepts and thoughts, and unfortunately, for someone who has so much going on internally, it tends to get muddled in your own communication with yourself. You really end up not knowing what end is up. All that has to happen is real life circumstances can make everything come tumbling down. I truly believe that's what happened to her. Very hard to fix with the background she had.
RIP both Sinead and Pete. Both gone too soon.
Yeah, she's a genius.
Love her ❤. What a beautiful human.
Why ask questions then talk over the answer with another question. Just count how many times he does this, almost, no in fact every answer is interrupted with another question. Now whilst I'm not expecting to hear amazing pearls of wisdom from her, I would at least like to hear what she has to say, but on some occasions here she barely manages to get one word out before he interrupts again. How do people manage to get the job of interviewer when they cant understand the basics of communication.
major pet peeve. oprah does that
MSM exists to push its viewpoint. Giving airtime to an intelligent person to actually speak doesn't fit that objective. That's why questions are often long statements, and interviewees are expected to just agree.
@@yoya4766 "intelligent" hehe
Agree!
He didn’t get who she was otherwise he would have wanted to hear what she was saying. Typical
The laugh at the end of 'VIP' is also like the burst of laughter at the end of 'Within You Without You' on the Beatles's 'Sgt. Pepper' - a release after the intensity.
I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU
2:44 nice. She always has a Dylan connection.glad she had joy with John making fun and if course recording.really dont know what record they're talking about, Bossy? My fave interview all time.
There is no other female artist like her anymore in terms of morals, intelligens and honesty. I wish she did live many more years but consoled with the thought that she deserve peace. RIP Sinéad
He talks over her how anoyying. She is sooo articulate and so in tune!!!! ❤❤❤ Legend
Seriously so f*cking annoying
It is like your charting your own course when writing, never heard anyone else say it though. you cant let the songs own you, i think you need to give them away. great fu**king therapy hey, and its DIY.
She made a lot of sense there. respect to the lady.
I agree
God,let her talk!GEEZ..stop interrupting her
& Ioudly
& abrasive,
whereas Sinead is soft spoken,
& quick.
I've always liked this one real fast and more than I can understand.
Fantastic 💓
RIP Sinead Love you!! ❤️❤️👠
the best
Let her talk ffs 🍀
I cant stand that this interviewer. He keeps interrupting her and talking over her..
To really know her is to listen to her many albums. All these interviews don’t really get To the heart of who she was and what she was expressing and saying
U
Can the interviewer just be silent and let her talk fully. It was really getting under my skin him over talking her when she’s explaining something. I find myself saying shut up dude let her talk good god lol.
I agree
Beautiful
She worked hard to keep herself and family with a roof over her head and food on her table. Love her voice her songs very good singer. It is such a shame what happened to Sinead. So sad.rip sinead
mandinga good tune, with massive attack good tune and with ADF was good tune
This guy just cannot shut up. Let her speak!
Articulate, accomplished, intelligent
Really wish he’d stop interrupting, she’s someone that should be heard.
I can't believe she's 45.
xxx
I love her but wow! bad lighting in that studio. lol
R.l.p.
Sinead was and is still my biggest inspiration. Definition of a feminist.
❤🎉❤
Me voy a t.e. , ya que llego tarde al próximo punto de encuentro.
Perhaps somebody clever can edit out the interviewer
I can't believe I saw her live in Maryland of all places. If you can't laugh at a fart, I don't want to know you
I caught her in Dallas. Small venue. Best experience ever. Will love & miss girl. Enjoy ur baby now.
Si me equivoco dímelo y voy para allá ahora mismo.
God I wish the interviewer would stop talking over her.
That interviewer is over the top… talking over her… Can’t get thru this.
Wow!!! This guy is trying so hard to ask a question.
Dave Fanning's twin sister ?!
Why does he keep speaking over her so often? I'd be exhausted after this interview or speak very little, let him enjoy the sound of his own voice 😅
Pq eres tan duraconmigo ?.
Messanger.
Sinead no doubt is a beautiful angel in heaven as she was on earth 🥰🥰
Love her singing, speaking, smiling, crying, just crazy in love with bravest women in the world ❤ always honest and truth speaking!
good to see Sinead feeling very relaxed and open. Love her rambling :)
Rambling! That is just chatting in Ireland.
I love your voice! it's true. I've been living with the mental health industry for 20yrs and they all day the cliche there's no such thing as normal and then they expect you to act normal and then you go back into the community and end up fighting normality while trying not to get locked up! anyway normal is not something to aim for ie financial gain. I love you lots and thankyou for your soulful help. God bless you and may joy be with you all the way x
Every single interview with Sinéad is always very inspiring and true. You don’t get that from almost anyone these days. She’s gone through so much in her life. She should write a book about her life but on interviews she gives out so much that maybe she doesn’t need to or want to. Still I’d buy it and read it and pass it on.
She’s now written a book about her life . “Rememberings”. Just read it and it’s incredible.
@@margotmacewen thanks!! I got two copies!!! It’s amazing!!!
She did right s book
Remembering.
Yes that book is amazing. Great therapy for me!🙏💚and her incredible music🎶
She is very enlightening and thought provoking, love her.
I play on the streets, & what she says is right & I do truly believe that she could do it on the street where you have to be at least half good to get get by. She is straight up.
...and she's so right about songs becoming reality- music is powerful magic~ Love Sinead- thanks for the upload
LIONESS
wow sinead very well said, always being so real. I love you
Great SINEAD🌺🌹❤️💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
He sure talks over her a lot. interviewers are meant to create space for people to talk not intterupting and talking over her. She has to fight and increase her volume to finish her thoughts. geesh.
I'm sure she was used to that kind of thing though🙄 Yes she was a Legend..and wouldn't let it get to her❤
I stumbled across this. and then brought her book.....I prefer the individual to her singing,
really fantastic interview
Fantastic authentic woman! Much respect 🌷❤️
When she described the talent competitions in Ireland (not the X-Factor things) I was reminded about the 'Rose Of Tralee' competitions Arthur Mathews and Graham Linehan saw that inspired the 'Lovely Girls' contest in Father Ted! I don't think young Sinead was ever required to walk around traffic cones like the Lovely Girls contestants did.
Você será sempre lembrada Sinéad. Nos deixou cedo e por morte natural. Vai ser sempre minha Rainha da Irlanda Sinéad O'Connor. Agora você está bem e em paz com seu menino. Te amarei e ouvirei sempre. 🙏🕊🎶👩👦
Every song is a prediction and then a reflection
Rip ❤🙏🏿 thank you
2:25 = gorgeous.
For me Maria Callas TRUMPS Bob Dillon in every way, and he is certainly no angel as many famous people aren't but shinade is one who has earned her Wings RIP ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
