Is ignition damage determined by the height of the caster's ninjutsu, as is the case with poison debuffs? Also... Since Itachi's ignition lasts for 3 rounds, would Amaterasu stay on the target, event after a layer of debuffs was healed off?
Yes ignition damage is calculated off the caster's ninjutsu. Also the amaterasu counts as one debuff that lasts 3 rounds so if one layer of debuff is removed from the target amaterasu will be removed completely

Yes absolutely, but what kind of lineup are you going for? Because the water main can be played a few different ways you have to decide what you want your lineup to be good at then build around that
I'm lvl 63; Right now my lineup is Hinata, WM, Kakashi and Kurenai. It's mostly a CC lineup based on Neurotoxin that work really well for now, but I want to try other lineups. I would prefer a CC/AOE team that could take advantage of Itachi's mystery. I tried some but i can't find the synergies. :/
For an AOE/CC team you should stick with Shark bomb as your mystery with neurotoxin and the chase that has a guaranteed crit chance, that will give you a lot of chaos from your main. Then Itachi will help By Causing Sleeping but put him in a different row then who you are attacking the most so you can try to get chaos on one person and sleeping on another. From there you could possibly add Kurenai since you can get frags for her from the shop to power her up and she can heal/shield whoever needs it as well as transfer the first debuff back adding to your cc. Lastly find a tank that adds some damage since you will be slightly lacking there. If you can find a tank with decent damage and cc even better!
I agree, currently for me i have somewhat of a DOT/AOE stacking team. I run Jiraiya, Shizune/Karin and some tank, which is either Kimimaro (3*), naruto, hinata or choji. The team can lead more damage with kimimaro, especially the fact that he has aoe damage. But what i want right now in terms of maximizing crowd damage, is deidara. Yes, the crazy terrorist bomber e.e, his skillset synergizes well with me, although hinata i find to be AMAZING for my team in terms of chases (can run about 6 chases with her), but deidara's mystery is able to target anything burning, which is what jiraiya can give to a whole team, and in group battles you can team up with 2 other people that can give that (probs fire main, but maybe even same lineup type (not advised as the team is imperfect in terms of balance)) and yeah, target a whole field with his mystery+any extra damage :D. Oh and CC still works well against those with immunity, well only Immobile, sleeping and chaos, since those auto interrupt against anything, even if they immune to it. Oh and this month's ninja is AMAZING for spreading chaos, Ninja war ino adds a bit of change in battle, in my opinion. Such a long paragraph... lol

Wow, all debuffs? I thought he only tranfers the ones he receives. My bad! Well, if the Skill upgrade is that powerful, his Skill Book probably not coming anytime soon.
Yes you were correct he only transfers the one he receives he doesn't make the whole team immune. If I made it sound that way I apologize it only applies to him. But yeah the skill book system won't be coming to us for a long time
I like itachi, but i LOVE tsunade more, soon im actually getting her. Right now im level 67, about 40% left on exp, and yeah. I just like how her persona works well. She also resembles a part of me as well. I actually have more sides of itachi than her, but i still like her more ;o;

What's a good combo to use with Itachi I can't find any ninja to work with him my main is scarlet blaze
