I mean, easy vlog idea would be: Pick a block no more than 30 minutes away -> Explore everything on that block (time limit 2 hours). Then pack it up, edit for 12 hours, and call it a day. I tried daily uploads (different channel) it took a lot less time than you put in and it was a lot less work but I only lasted like a month. Just makes it more impressive. Also day 21 of asking mudan to visit aogashima island.
I feel like if you're already printing stuff out usually, you could print some placeholder title cards and flash it in front of the camera before recording so at least thumbnails from the footage would help you identify them without having to watch through to make sense of it.

Btw, I think it would be handy thing for you to buy a superclamp and an adaptor for your camera. Then it would be easy to find a good height thingie to clamp your camera on and not to worry about getting a good steady place for it. Just clamp it somewhere and go.
