I’m currently in the most unhealthy stage of my life, mentally and physically. At 20 years old, I am Currently 340 pounds. Started having sleep apnea and really bad anxiety. Since I’ve started working out I feel better, and I’m seeing progress. ur guys stories though are motivating, thank you😊
Keep going you got this bro, I’ve struggled w my weight a lot and a tip that I need to follow because I learned the hard way is once you reach your goal and have the body you want don’t let anything stop you. rather that be a physical or mental block because once you go back to old habits it’s easy to pick the weight back up, Im 21 n having to start losing weight again but you got this bro, don’t need to strain yourself at least 3.5 speed and max incline if you are able to
Love the deep conversations as well as the foolery. My unhealthiest mentally and emotionally was in 2003 when I found out my ex husband who I truly thought was my everything had an entire other family with children. I am stronger now for that loss but that was very hard mentally.
I feel you. However, me I don’t have a choice as all of my job has been like this since I’m under sales. I just need to be conscious on what I’ll eat instead
25:30 This is actually really good because I don't see anywhere in college or in high school middle school or really anywhere it's good to share these experiences because we can all learn from it I don't remember hearing anything about this even closely related so guys honestly these stories are crazy but they're the freaking gems of knowledge
I was skinny my whole life like Can. I could not put on any weight no matter what I did. I took protein shakes, weight gainers, ate a bunch, lifted weights 4-5 days a week. In college I went from 5'8, 125lb as a freshmen to 145lb as a senior. It wasn't until my 30s that my metabolism finally slowed down and I could put on some weight. Currently at 170.
Hey, Can!! If you want your body to welcome more food, it has to have a need for more food~ like Nick said, working out is the key! That makes us require more 🤙🏼 Edit: Our lowest weight is the exact same, we got it!
I would eat whole costco pizzas in college. Denny's used to have the Grand Slam for 2.99 if you go before 6:30 so me and my friends would get 3 grand slams each after all nighters. Sigh... good times.
Holy Moly coming back to jk vids i realize now after Can talking a while … Kinjaz(Anthony) Quest Crew(Ryan) & Poreotics(Can!) on the same show and wave length having fun convos and reflection with each other blows my mind lol
I went through the exact same thing as Nick with the weight stuff and being in a combat sport sucks ass athletes need to have a dietitian in their corner!!
This is the second time he has told this story. First time was on the JK video Who's been stealing or something like that. He did eat the skinless chicken breast meal and workout twice a day to lose the weight.
@@bethnichols2875 yup he did. Tbh i just didn’t think it was physically possible man. That’s just crazy to me. Especially considering Anthony was working out. There is no way he didn’t feel INCREDIBLY weak. Can’t imagine doing strength training on such a large deficit
I watch almost every jk video but I just gotta ask ... where did this random white man come from? Like obviously have seen him in a lot of videos lately but like ... WHO IS HE???? Lmao so random
@@shiota79 that is so unhelpful. What is their friends name? If you’re new here you might not know but basically everyone that is on a jk panel eventually gets their “getting to know them” thing and hot seat etc etc. That’s how we get to know them! What I mean is, who is he! My question is random? Can you even name him? Lmao. I’m not hating I’m asking a genuine ass question hahaha
Slight background I guess (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but for Pat, first saw him on David's podcast which I believe he's been a guest for a long time for now. Not sure how he was referred exactly but if it's similar with Nick who is also on David's podcast where they've both also been guests at times it could have been similarly done with David recommending Pat to get on JK like with Nick. Might be wrong here though Also he is half Hispanic I believe lol
@@millardfilmore1403 your question is not random and for someone who maybe doesn't keep up with, let's say all of David's podcasts, you'll most likely not know who this guy is. Your question is valid.
Your loss. It was a good and real discussion over healthy vs unhealthy habits. About what made them unhealthy and how they worked to get healthy and try to maintain that.
I relate to can because this summer I was on probation and couldn’t smoke weed and gained 20lbs and was 140 but I started smoking again for the past 3 months and I’m 130 now
It's kinda weird seeing you guys have legit conversations without all the usual fuckery lmao, definitely love it tho
It’s probably because Bart, Joe or Steve is not in this video 😂 esp Joe who always manages to get off topic
@@ricac.2102 veeery true hahaha

Hey good luck man, I hope you get to where you wanna be

I stress eat. My work stresses me out. Both together is a *_very_* bad combination. I might need a new job.
I feel you. However, me I don’t have a choice as all of my job has been like this since I’m under sales. I just need to be conscious on what I’ll eat instead
Sometimes serious deep conversations are needed to get the stress off of our shoulders. Enjoyed this video

Love these conversations 💕 also I've been really enjoying Nimesh as a guest and happy seeing Pat as I enjoy him from David's and other podcasts.
Good luck to Can on his journey to gain more weight. And good luck to Nimesh on his ab competition. May both stay healthy and safe.
I was a chubbie kid and I would bend over to tie my shoes and my chest would suffocate me, so I started fat girl camp.
@@billymoses9925 You’re funny, I have a baby face and big tits. 😂
Anthony looks like he misses Bart and Steve.
On a serious note, I enjoyed this conversation a lot. Lots of vulnerability especially on Can's end.
Love when you have Nimesh on!
Appreciate these talks !
Good podcast episode 😎💪🏾

3 grand slams ?! Feel like throwing up just reading that . But it does sound like good times 🤣
@@snowflakesuarez2656 It's something that is only allowed when you're in college. I'm 38 now and just want a breakfast burrito and coffee haha
Ngl this episode is a little bit life changing 🤯

Aye its Patrick dot T dot Riley
Not me watching this while eating fast food for like the 20th day in a row
I like not having bart cut off rhe convo prematurely 😂
I went through the exact same thing as Nick with the weight stuff and being in a combat sport
sucks ass
athletes need to have a dietitian in their corner!!
This was good. I kinda wish Bart or Joe was on this 😅.
We need Nick, Pat and David for a careful boyz
Last year my lowest was 109lbs/49kg. Im now at 119lbs/54kg. It's so hard to gain weight
Is it weird seeing Nick taking the lead in these conversation and not deflecting?
Just watched Nimeshs Special. Shit was hilarious!!
That bowel obstruction story from Nimesh made me a little squeamish but overall this was a really interesting conversation.
Damn, jknews without Bart OR Joe is soooo weird. Never thought I’d see it
Bart announced on his and Geo's podcast that his dad took his own life, which is why Bart had Pat sit in for him. 😢
I truly don't believe Anthony was eating less than 600 calories a day that is literally insane?
This is the second time he has told this story. First time was on the JK video Who's been stealing or something like that. He did eat the skinless chicken breast meal and workout twice a day to lose the weight.
@@bethnichols2875 it’s just extremely extremely unhealthy
@@millardfilmore1403 As Nick also said in the video.

Can needs to eat five double cheeseburgers a day
Is smoking lettuce that bad?
yeh
Ye
Can get a job at cheesecake factory and youll gain lolol 😅 15 pound gain in 6 months ...
I think he wants to gain 15 in muscle not fat 😂😂
He basically doesn't want to gain weight the way Bart did back in the day when he bulked up by eating a bunch of fast food.
