I have your product 5×3 ft. But I am confused about that switch should be on or not after plug in.
Sir the plug is to only to connect mat to earthing its not for power, so switch on or off it doesn't matter, just keep it plug in

I bought this mat. Say the grounding of the circuits are perfect then what changes should i see in myself after using this mat?
in old time people use to walk bare foot on grass to connect themselves with earth or ground but it was good for some season only cant do it in winter or rainy season so we are doing the same thing but with these instrument so now you can understand removing all static charge from body give various relief to all parts of body
