      Dude had a remarkably consistent hairstyle for so long: while most of his band looked like hippies in the 1970s, he was still suave, way ahead of his time!

    • @kikovazquez7277
      @kikovazquez7277 3 роки тому

      I was at another NYC show either in 1975 or 1976. It was a crumbling lower east side old retired legit theater overripe into faded glory - but still great acoustics. Roxy was an opening act for a conventional major hard rock artist. I knew nothing of Roxy even though I absurdly considered myself quite the hip musicologist. So naturally, I didn't know what to make of them - I never found their groove during the concert but was still intrigued. New sounds and approaches for me and I couldn't connect though I did respect - Intuition told me it was something big that was happening under my radar. Afterward, did whatever research you could do in the pre-internet era and followed Eno's career development. But it took some more years before I could settle in and ride along with them as Roxy Music.

      Even it seems that i have written a song for himself Bryan own (in his groove style so felt like similar to the mine), titled "Tonight". Myself i consider be a great compositor for beat-melodic/pop/pastoral-renaissance poems (quite my repertory of 400 songs has not been published), together Bryan for glamour rock-beat/pop..., John Fogerty for it's rock/country, what i consider be the best songwriters (Sonny Bono for beat generation songs and John Phillips for folk-beat too be)...
      Just laterly two months ago one of my song performed by Julia Crystal (by italian origin) from Brazil got an extraordinary success, with more of 500 likes and no one dislake... very unique in all the anthological YT musical videos publication !
      ... But about the song wrote Bryan on the century anniversary on "Titanic" tragic event, instead this is nothing of what i had to write with my "Last Moment (Titanic)" emotive song !
      Paliotti Sergio from Rome !
