Thank you for this information. I am in UK and I have recently bought a lot of Vinod cookery wares from Amazon because they look like good quality. I love cooking BIR (British Indian Restaurant) recipes. I wish I had seen this video before starting to use my Vinod equipment but I will make sure I treat them all the same as this from now on. Once again, thank you. I have subscribed to your channel for more information like this that I did not know about. I am editing this comment to add that I am using Induction, which I forgot to state earlier.
@@PeteLewisWoodwork that’s so nice. Enjoy cooking. Thanks for subscribing to my channel. Please do look up for recipes from India too, you may like them
Don't spoil your cookware, You don't need to season your triply cookware, Seasoning is done to cast iron cookware with high temperature oils which leave a black hard coating, Seasoning is done at very high temperatures.
@@buenodia-ok to be honest, it doesn’t make it non stick. You definitely have to keep an eye on it. Not necessary that you should do it often ma. Once you start using it, you will know for yourself how to use it. This definitely cannot become a non stick but definitely a very healthy option to use instead of non stick vessels
@@buenodia-ok no solution as such . The only thing you could do is slow cooking and keeping an eye on the dish 😊. But you can definitely start using these steel kadai. Though they will not work like the non stick ones, you will slowly get the hang of cooking in these steel kadais. This is the best suggestion/ solution that I can give ma.
The inside part of the kadai will be very hot ma. So using a paper tissue is not a good idea. Silicon brush will be very useful for you. You can buy one and kept it ma
Thank you for this Video. I have to do this process to the Vinod Kadai . I just washed it n started using it. Will do this process now. Will u please put a Video about how to preseason *Iron Tava n Kadai* I have bought them from *Indus Valley* but not used them yet.

Pre seasoning krne se kya hota hai?
Mam which steel triply kadhai is best
I have been using this Vinod triply Kadak and I find it good till now
Thanks, do we have to wash it after seasoning or just store as it is?
Simply wash it with usual dish washing liquid
Will the seasoning make it non stick? How often do i need to season if i use the stainless steel kadai daily to cook.

Can I use a tissue paper to smear the oil? I dknt gave a silicone brush

Do the metal handles get hot during cooking?
No it does not get hot
@@spicesandflavoursbyshobha8527it turned blue rainbow color
After 1st use after washing very gentle, I can see some rainbow stains. What should I do
Same problem...after frst use got rainbow stains ... what is the solution?
Probably because the kadai would have been over heated. Try not to over heat the empty kadai. You can definitely scrub off the stain with a scrubber
Put some water and white viniger and rum wid spoung and then clean with detergent soap
How can i buy this plase
You can get this kadai in local shops or in Amazon
Is it same process for Stainless steel cooker also!
You do not need any such thing for cooker ma
Pls tell me i don't have silicone brush 😂 can we rub with cotton cloth ?
If you can bear the heat of the kadai, why not 😄. You can definitely do
