As a newbie in the call center world, this video was a lifesaver! Retention accounts can be confusing, but your explanation was clear and easy to understand. The practical examples were extremely helpful. Thank you for demystifying this important aspect of the job.
I really felt ashamed of myself for thinking that call center was easy. I applied already for 4 bpo companies and I failed all of it. I just realize that applying to a Call Center takes a lot of efforts and preparation. I've watch countless of Call Center videos and it look so easy like answering calls. But what I didn't know was that there's more to it than meets the eye. I salute all the Call Center agents right there!
Ive been watching your videos for me to explore understanding more customers effort and resolve issue with a nice verbiage. I hope I can get more positive verbiage dealing with network issue or device issue since I am from Technical support. Thank you.
Thank you so much for creating such helpful videos! Your guidance and tips were exactly what I needed to pass my call center interview and assesment. Your clear explanations and insights made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the effort you put into helping others succeed. I will now start my training this Year in a Financial Account :)
Hello miss, I just wanted to say how much I love your voice and the way you speak-your accent is amazing! I’ve been following you for almost four years now, ever since the very beginning of my career. Even though my work is a bit different (I’m doing cold calls), I watch your videos for voice modulation tips. Your delivery and how you handle calls inspire me, and I’ve been learning so much from listening to you. I really admire your style and hope to speak as confidently as you do one day. Thank you for sharing your skills! And lastly I just want to ask you what headphone are you using?
Thank you for this one! Every video you uploaded is really worth watching, I do really hope you continue this time to time. By the way, we are still under contractual. Do you have tips on how to ace our metrics so we could be regularize? There's a lot to consider, the product quality, client experience, AHT. Dont know what to focus on T.T
It's normal but if your can control it then say to your mind you can do it then it will possibly clear out your mind about doubts that's why your afraid of something to happen.Whstvyou gonna do is practice positive vibes .Join to a person who is smart about this BPO company and learn from them.I do nervous to but I already overcome it.We are in nesting time .I'm thankful here tips can help me a lot
Hi, I believe you're having some mic audio issues in this video as in headphones to me you're way louder on the left then in the right... So ether you have a stereo mic set up or your mono is pan to the left. Stereo mics in of its self may not be a issue but, may be harder to get right then a mono set up. Also there is some kind of distortion or clipping going on with the left audio channel as well... The video is still vary watchable so no need to fix it just letting you know so you can look into it before your next video if so. Thanks for the video as always lots of great insight!
Thank you. I'm trying out a new editing software and I think i might have indeed set it to stereo instead of mono. I noticed the clipping but i wasn't wearing my headset so i forgot to adjust it.😅
@@Kwestyon No worries and I'm happy to hear you trying new things. We all learn everyday... I know I'm vary much still learning... May I ask what editing software you're using?... just out of my own curiosity
@x-STORMXX-x I started with Filmora, then switched to Final Cut Pro, and now I'm trying DaVinci. Might have to stick with FCP for a while as DaVinci is pretty loaded.
@@Kwestyon I'm vary much trying to learn DaVinci myself... last time I tried to use it though it did not like the type of mp4 file I had so I will be trying to use it later down the road as I do gameplay and I will have to record using the mp4 type they like. I have been using Shotcut for most of my work because its free and basic... its easy to just get things done and its the workflow I know most. For my art and thumbnails I have been using Paint Shop Pro. Thanks for sharing! Always neat to see what people use and how we all edit our videos.
When the customer was informed that your company was more reliable and more efficient than PLOD by referring to the Internet, would you use the CRM's Competitor Analysis Tools to track competitors' pricing and performance or would you actually browse the Internet to be able to make that assertion to the customer? BTW, you handled the mock situation professionally.🙂👍
Hii, I love your videos, I wanted to ask (maybe you've done it already) a video about phrasal verbs most used in call centers would be nice, like: let me "pull up" your account, makes you sound more natural and native-like :)
I love you sis thankyou for making this video. We will be having a mock calls for our training this week and this will really help coz we are Billing account. Hello, I'm using a Senheiser headset but the audio you hear when I'm taking calls is coming from my mic, not from the headphone.
THANKS ! what a featured content. specific and punctual

Great suggestion! This is noted.
is it normal to be nervous because when i was in an interview i was really nervous i was thinking of an answer but i can't put it on words.
It's very normal. Knowing the reason behind the common interview questions helps. What sort of preparations have you made?
i prepare a little bit. i'm a fresh graduate and my communication skills are a bit low.
