Yvonne's energy is something else. What a blessing to this world
I don’t think it’s a bad sign that Nathan didn’t say ILY back to Issa. He spent the whole day picking her up, helping her w/Molly’s dog and being there when she needed him. He also said yes when her mamma asked if he was Issa’s boyfriend. Sometimes men are better at showing love in action rather than saying it.
Absolutely agree. Just minutes (okay, let's call it two hours) before, Issa was like, "Hey, I don't want what my mom said to freak you out" and then she says that. She also said it in a way I might tell a friend I loved them. It wasn't like she stared deeply into his eyes and processed her love. Nathan cares about her deeply and that's obvious.
Most definitely
Yvonne was spot on. Older generation doesn’t like to plan ahead or think about death, because living has been hard enough for black people. Trying to get my stepdad to get life insurance is a struggle. I won’t dare bring up a Will & Testament to him. 😅
These colours look GORGEOUS on Yvonne.
Right!!! I wish I knew about the pants!!! I need those in my life
Ugghhh I really wanted them to talk about what Issa was feeling when she saw Lawrence and what was Lawrence feeling........I felt like Lawrence was trying to decide if he goes after Issa or stays with Condola for the appointment...
He was definitely torn.
I wish they would’ve talked about about that as well, I think it’s a good conversation starter.
The fact that he was torn is disgraceful, your 1st priority should be your child
Great point.
No. Issa, Molly and Lawrence show the perfect tale of millenial love. Passionate, fun and explorative through the come up/broke together phase, and when we finally getting out lives together, someone has an "oops" baby, the creatives feel like they are sellouts as soon as their careers take off, and the corporate/career oriented friends feel like once they achieve a certain level of success it's like ehhhhmmmm, what was I chasing after all? I'm gonna need this show to be a reflection of real life and leave us as unsatisfied and unclear as life has us feeling. I don't want any clean tied up story lines. Life isn't that way. Lawrence should choose to be a good father to his unplanned child, even though he was unplanned. Issa should explore her creative side and get with Crenshawn or something, someone who brings that out of her. And Molly should get with Taurean, work romances are a lot more common than you think.
This was a great episode! I’m going to miss this show and the conversations that it provokes! ❤️
Just love Yvonne and Issa’s sense of humor! I am constantly laughing!
The responses, non verbal, here between these people…the way they listen shows y’all is freeeeinds! Just love this! Fantastic you black people you!
Loosing a love one does change you, that’s how I got closer to my spirit family. You still feel it but you innerstand more... And it’s true women are the matriarchy of the family…Thank you all!
This one had me crying 😭
Love y’all 🌹
Please tell me, who is Yvonne’s blouse designed by?
That's my worst nightmare 😂😂😂
Am I the only one that skipped through the episode to see if they found the dog? 😭
I enjoy this
If any of yall have Kaiser yall know that could really happen..lol
❤
Where did Yvonne get those pants 👀👀👀👀👀👀
🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏💥💥💥
The majority of these episodes have been subpar or underwhelming. The “nervous” humor thing has grown tired. The brother eating a piece of pizza with sand on it…
I’ll stay brief because of the Stans… S4 built up to some interesting scenarios. After the finale, for a couple of weeks, we (did our job and) spent a ton of energy debating what could be. The writers flouted any sense of responsibility to really deal with the great hook they created.
Most folks just gonna roll with whatever they’re given though.
I mean there is nothing else fans can do it's the last season so the viewership don't matter
@@alanaterrel9914 very true. I mean, after episode 3, I honestly tapped out and moved on to another show. I could come back once all 10 are on-demand.
However, it’s about a lack of a respect for their craft, for me. The creative team has basically mailed in the final season, and that’s unfortunate based on what they achieved.
Lastly, they don’t care about any of these characters they’ve created that have enabled them to go on to bigger projects? I mean Issa (mid-30s now?) loves a dude, in Nathan, based on what exactly? 🤣🤣🤣
Molly supposed to be an exceptional lawyer and her weekend goal is to decide which 1 of 2 lame brothers from a BS beach party she’s going to smash?
I thought the theme was Insecure, not Immature.
This episode was trash & the season so far has been boring.I hope the last 5 episodes are more entertaining.
It’s not it’s over
It's like they are trying to tie up lose ends when they could have closed the chapter with Lawrence and Condola. Let them ride off in th he sunset with baby in tow. And focus on Molly, issa and the rest.
@@soulstarmusiclover1254 I agree, it wouldn't have killed them to give us 45 mins each episode this season to properly flesh out these plot lines. I'm guessing HBO wouldn't have allowed that IDK.
@@KH-sn2sj They mentioned from season one that they can’t have the episodes longer
@@nnedi5971 Yes I know that's why I said it could be HBO not letting them. They never explained why they couldn't but that could be the reason.
