This album and song got me through some really dark times, I was having a nervous breakdown and suffering from panic attacks and terrible anxiety disorder I made it through it and learned alot about myself and life. With God and your inner strength you can make it. I pray peace and Love to anyone going through mental health problems and dont wish them on anyone. I love you all and hope you are well.

I'm an addict in recovery 11yrs 6mo's clean 🤘 so I'm unwell but feel it's important to share so others know they *are not alone* 💕 I know what it feels like to want to give up but fuck that hang in & fight like a Champ 🏆🥊 - love to all

First time i heard of this is when i was 8, and it took me 10yrs to fully comprehend with the song when i was having mental issues and need support. Now i’m 23 and i’m still listening to this while reminiscing my previous battles.
This song spoke to me at 8 with undiagnosed anxiety and depression, and I’m now healthier and battling it! And it’s been now 15 years of this song in the regular playlist. Rob Thomas thank you. Lol
this song will always be a classic I recently got diagnosed of bipolar disorder and honestly every single word of this song speaks to me and fits my situation 100% I don't know if Rob Thomas is in fact bipolar but this guy saved my life
