Spider-Man 2 no DLC is kinda insane considering the length of the game is way too short for an AAA title. People had platinum in less than 15 hours, that's ridiculous and shows how empty the game is besides main story... I remember them talking before launch about a great post launch support and blah blah... they played on us big time, HUGE L for Insomniac!!!

No continuation of the spider-man 2 teased storylines is an absolute travesty. I would’ve happily paid $30 for a 3 part DLC like they had for the first game. This is reminiscent of God of War cancelling their DLC and making it into Ragnarok
It sucks that there will be no DLC, I played the first one so much because of the DLC that I completed all the benchmarks. Spiderman 2 doesn't really have enough to keep me coming back. I'm glad I played it and bought it but I was hoping for more.
Black flag and syndicate are my favourite ac titles, replay them every year, so hoping the best for black flag remake, but I will wait to see it launch before I replace the original.

For those who don't know the differences between remaster and remake- Remaster is when you repaint and renovate the house. Remake is when you make a brand-new house from scratch with modern construction techniques, being faithful to the old house (on a spectrum)
You forgot to mention that not only did insomniac games have there games leaked but all there employees information too. Canceling it was for the best as it allows them to restore there security and make the game without crunch On top of that they also lost a lot of employees from the Sony lay offs
I’m pretty sure they have different departments to handle different things. I doubt the game developers handle data security. That reasoning just doesn’t justify the lack of fullness to SM2.

My guess is that these dlcs are big enough for a full game, these spider man games tend to be quite short so I can see them having more than enough for a full game.
If they are successful in remaking the old Assassins Creed games without screwing the things that make them great then maybe then it shows they learned their lesson and are trying to do better

I think the reason for TLOU Part 1 being a remake is that it changed a lot of gameplay features from the OG and the Remaster(coming out in 2013 and 2014 respectively) and made it more like TLOU Part 2. HZD Remastered might do the same and change the gameplay to be more like HFW, with the expanded weapon wheel and UI changes but I don't think they'll change it that much. The time frame also matters cause it has been 7 years since HZD released but it had 9 when TLOU Part 1 was released and 10 for Until Dawn.
The red flags are already flying with this one. I highly recommend the developer add the element of player choice male or female protagonists, or risk being DOA.

From a company's perspective, it's a better idea to move on a try to get bigger profits from a different product because this one isn't enough. That was my point, before you put words in my mouth.

Yea insomniac lost with me, spider man 2 is a waste of a game. They could have kept it and released a fuller game later on. What we got is good for one play through and that’s it for me. Maybe I come back every once in awhile when I have nothing else to play but they really dropped the ball on it. After the first play through and the excitement of having the next installment went away, it got boring, fast. The story isn’t nearly good enough to suffer through multiple times. Hopefully they don’t ruin Wolverine.

I won’t buy another ubisoft game. Having to make an account just to play after i spent 70 dollars and then its a buggy unfinished mess. One game breaking bug at the start that had to have an update. If their game doesn’t do good they can shut it down. Granted its alot of games today. The game did have some fun elements to it. I watched the mirandalorian play and had more fun watching her. She is so fun no matter what she plays. I want a physical release on disc with the updates and dlc later without having to have a Ubisoft account to play. Then ill buy it again. I feel like the insomniac hacker ruined the dlc by revealing it too soon. I can see them deciding to try to change it up after the disappointment of not being able to surprise us with it.
