Man i took like 800 hours to learn how to mod. Ive crashed my game over 20 times. for those who cannot download openiv use the wayback machine, copy the download link, paste the link in the wayback machine,select the latest image and then the download will begin

With GTA 4, it was required to have a specific version of that game in order to install mods, do i need a specific version of gta 5 to install mods too? Or do i just download it from steam and continue from there?
No, just install from Steam and continue.

Hey! I'm a new subscriber, your content is great. I reinstalled GTA earlier today and followed this video step by step. When I go to load up singleplayer, whilst on the loading screen it just now turns the game off and goes back onto steam rather than loading the game - any advice on how to identify which mod it must have been? Or just delete each of the installed mods one by one?
i deleted everything and now my gta wont even load after doing this just goes back to steam
@@BabyJuuggz You have to backup your game install files, that way if something messes up you can just uninstall then delete the root folder then just move your save over then hit install. It will use the files you have and install without downloading it, I've broke the game hundreds of times at this point. GTAV moding is a labour of love, some mods break the game and it is a pain but the backup helps the pain of a broken install. Hope that helps.
Man I have tried everything. I started with just Menyoo mod and I cannot get it to work. Don't know what's wrong - just going to uninstall everything and start from scratch. Will update if it gets working, your instructions seem to be clear enough.

When clicking download for open IV it takes me to an unsupported link? Would very much like to add vehicles and such to my game so is there a fix for this?

Copy the website URL once you've clicked download, and go onto a website called wayback machine, paste the URL Into this, it will show up lots of dates similar to a calendar click on the most resent available date and then click the time stamp, the download will begin.

I been at this for hours looking at different videos I got the menu but that’s bout the only thing that worked for me I got everything but the LS mod still hasn’t came up

I did everything the exact same way you did, step by step and none of the mods work for me. I am on steam so I don't know if that makes a difference or not. this is a very concise and easily understandable but for some reason it's not wanting to work for anything. any insight would be extremely helpful. thank you.

your scripthook might need updating.. whenever rockstar patches the game a new version of scripthook is required
