The thing I love about your videos is they feel so easy and they connect with me as a viewer. The raport Enes has with Mikey and all the camera people makes the tours feel personal, intimate. I usually find contemporary architecture to be somewhat cold but this video is proof that it can be comfortable and "cozy". Colin's camera work was great and it's cool to have him as a part of the team.
I hope Mikey is okay, and comes back to the main camera soon. He is half of the tour, like a heart's two part. One part is you Enes and the other half is Mikey of the heart. This is probably my favorite home I’ve seen in a long time. It’s not a huge house, which I actually prefer. A couple of the bedrooms are on the smaller size, but the entire home with the materials, colors and craftsmanship is exquisite. I don’t care for the modern look, but this home is modern with a warm, traditional feel which is very inviting. If I had the available funds, this is a home I would purchase. This was another great tour and everyone did an exceptional job, as always.
The "timeless and modern" design elements are exceptional. LOVE the color palletes of stone and wood used, making this one of the most relaxing homes I have seen on the channel. While they are all amazing certain ones feel like a cozy _home_ regardless of their immense size and that is an art form in design.

I don't know how I missed this video when it was 1st posted, but this has to be in the top 3 to 5 of the best homes u've toured. This place is just absolutely incredible. It's not garish & over the top like a lot of multi-million dollar mansions are. It has a timeless feel. I really love all the natu stone, especially the travertine & all the earth tones. It has a very relaxed, soothing vibe & stunning views. I was especially taken by the lower area, the lounge sets the mood. Also, despite it not being the biggest of spaces the spa oozed bliss & tranquility. The master was amazing, particularly the bathroom & closet. The travertine free standing tub is like a piece of art, incredibly beautiful. The onyx & bronze were the perfect touches. All of the bronze accents throughout the home are beautiful. Too bad it's outside of my price range, bc this is the 1st home I've seen that would make me pack up & move to California. Every home I've seen that was created by Saota or that he had some part in is always spectacular. The whole team of designers & architect did a wonderful job on this house, it truly is living art
I haven't seen anyone can control a black suit better than Enes, Enes is really handsome in a black suit! This mansion is so beautiful that it looks like a work of art, or it can be said to be the best example of architecture! The nearby city view is really beautiful, and the natural landscape are even more breathtaking! Every corner in it is tastefully designed, feeling comfortable and elegant! Sometimes architects seem to forget that people LIVE in their creations. But here, the structural architect and interior architect have done an incredible job for the owner. Warm, timeless, and above all - a place to live. It's not ostentatious or overblown, it's sleek, stylish and above all - human. Congratulations team.

Been a fan of Enes for a while now. Eloquent and knowledgeable of each property or nautical vessel that they choose to premier for us to enjoy. Enes, you requested to let you know about the quality of the video. The camera work is stunning, framing and the transitions in some of the B-role moments. Hats off to your editing team and to Colin. One of the very few homes that I am day dreaming of now. Outside the home that was toured in Lake Tahoe during the pandemic (when I first started watching) and some of the properties in Utah (the off grid home) and the 1 home with the in-ground trampoline. The property is stunning.
Such a classy modern home. When I was in Newport Beach I got so spoiled by the whole open house layout. Just the idea of a house that's also open to nature, where I could walk from the kitchen to the pool seamlessly is something people in LA take for granted. Living in Denver and Chicago makes me appreciate a home like this so much more.

This is probably one of the "housiest" houses I've seen on the channel. Most of the others we've toured with you almost seem like entertainment resort hotels more than a house. This was a stunningly beautiful house with a nice "home" type vibe. And great job Colin!

Honestly, this house is more beautiful and homey than THE ONE. I mean, The One is a really gorgeous home too but since it's too big, you need to have a really big family to occupy it or it will feel empty. With this one, a medium sized family would definitely enjoy all the amenities without feeling overwhelmed. Both house are beautiful but I prefer this one. Such a homey property! This house was built so well. The details, curves, and lines were all perfect. The layout was useful, and well thought out. I really liked the outside stairway connecting the levels and rooms...even it looked like a place I'd sit and chill. lol

SAOTA always delivers when it comes to architecture design, I can almost always recognize the home you're about to tour is from SAOTA even before you mention it. Also stunning interior design, its contemporary but warm and cozy. Its the perfect balance. This home is definitely on my top 3 from all the tours you've given.

The way they handled the home theatre is very clever. Theatres are usually these segregated caves, if you aren't committing fully to what is on the screen, it does not get used. Making it capable of being integrated with the lounge area is perfect and gives you much more flexibility in how you use the space--it expands your lounge and the screen can just be background, or if there's something like a football game on the screen it can turn the space into a swank sports bar.
What an amazing property! The curved edges of the travertine and the blend of materials in general is really lovely, but my favorite part of the entire estate is the way none of the rooms are traditionaly square or rectangular. It's present everywhere from the office to the bedrooms to the spa and it really makes every look more interesting than it would have been otherwise. Also, the camera work was still lovely but of course we miss Mikey every time he isn't here to give commentary and make you turn on faucets. Great job Enes, so good I'm willing to comment even if it means I'll get spammed by WhatsApp bots

What a beautifully majestic, harmonic dream of a home! I absolutely love the travertine, and curiosity sent me Googling to learn, to my surprise, how travertine is actually a mid-range stone in terms of cost, while high-end in the full range of flooring materials. A travertine floor averages ~$15 per square foot for materials plus labor, whereas comparably, marble averages ~$20, and granite averages ~$12. Also loved learning how unpolished travertine has a naturally nonslip texture as it is a form of terrestrial limestone deposited around mineral springs, especially hot springs. Delightful to know! This is probably one of the "housiest" houses I've seen on the channel. Most of the others we've toured with you almost seem like entertainment resort hotels more than a house. This was a stunningly beautiful house with a nice "home" type vibe. And great job Colin!

Honestly, this house is more beautiful and homey than THE ONE. I mean, The One is a really gorgeous home too but since it's too big, you need to have a really big family to occupy it or it will feel empty. With this one, a medium sized family would definitely enjoy all the amenities without feeling overwhelmed. Both house are beautiful but I prefer this one. Such a homey property! I hope Mikey was off for some R &R since I just watched a few days ago the video from Spain where he was soooo tired from all your travels. Please take good care of yourselves. 💞 Of course Jayson and Erman did an outstanding job on the B roll and your editing team just amazes me with the quality of their work each and every video. Now to this stunning house. My word it is gorgeous from one room to the next. The view, the pool, the lower level amenities, that bathtub was insane!, the kitchen being so different, one of the best chef's kitchens (more spacious) from your tours and most of all that stunning staircase. Thank you for describing and having it shown on camera how it was engineered and the design of it. Congratulations to the owner, developer, architect, interior design team and all who lent their talents and worked so hard on this home. It may be a large house but it looked like it would be a instant home for someone. Of course thank you for your presentation of all the details of this house. Excellent bathroom/kitchen/pool views. The brown/tan throughout like a lot. Nice art too. Many extras within the home. Well done use of minimal space/materials. Best seeks the best. Steam Room looks like something from a Greece underground cavern mountain.

This house was built so well. The details, curves, and lines were all perfect. The layout was useful, and well thought out. I really liked the outside stairway connecting the levels and rooms...even it looked like a place I'd sit and chill. lol

SAOTA always delivers when it comes to architecture design, I can almost always recognize the home you're about to tour is from SAOTA even before you mention it. Also stunning interior design, its contemporary but warm and cozy. Its the perfect balance. This home is definitely on my top 3 from all the tours you've given.

The way they handled the home theatre is very clever. Theatres are usually these segregated caves, if you aren't committing fully to what is on the screen, it does not get used. Making it capable of being integrated with the lounge area is perfect and gives you much more flexibility in how you use the space--it expands your lounge and the screen can just be background, or if there's something like a football game on the screen it can turn the space into a swank sports bar.
What an amazing property! The curved edges of the travertine and the blend of materials in general is really lovely, but my favorite part of the entire estate is the way none of the rooms are traditionaly square or rectangular. It's present everywhere from the office to the bedrooms to the spa and it really makes every look more interesting than it would have been otherwise.
Also, the camera work was still lovely but of course we miss Mikey every time he isn't here to give commentary and make you turn on faucets.

Currently on an Enes binge. Superb video about a world class property! A lot of these homes feel sterile, like you couldn’t actually live in them. This one is different. Not at all overwhelming but still absolutely elegant.

What a beautifully majestic, harmonic dream of a home! I absolutely love the travertine, and curiosity sent me Googling to learn, to my surprise, how travertine is actually a mid-range stone in terms of cost, while high-end in the full range of flooring materials. A travertine floor averages ~$15 per square foot for materials plus labor, whereas comparably, marble averages ~$20, and granite averages ~$12. Also loved learning how unpolished travertine has a naturally nonslip texture as it is a form of terrestrial limestone deposited around mineral springs, especially hot springs. Delightful to know!
