Fun Fact: Devon's Mom's Double, had to go throught multiple takes of that tedious fall (act that almost hurts her for real), this was covered during the inside look after the episode.

I think this is another callback kill because Detective Evans and Phil Simpson from Child's Play 2 both fell down the stairs and breaking their neck and killing them instantly
