I'm relearning skateboarding in my 30s and even tho I have wide feet, these are perfect. I think I need my skate shoes to be a bit cramped for better board control.
Love the relatability and the honesty throughout the video! Great content man. So many times during the video, I was like "Man, I totally know what he mean." Great stuff. Checking out your other stuff!
Love love this video. Relatable in so many ways. Similarly, I love when white shoes get skated and thrashed. They feel and look better after theyve been beat up. I love that you get right into it with your video. I don’t know if this the UA-cam thing to do, to waste the first few minutes stalling and almost delaying getting to the point of the video, but I hate that crap. So well done! New subscriber here!
What would you say as far as expected durability and comfort compared to the other slip-ons? The G6 has been my go to for a couple of years now, but I’m not a skater…but more so a poser that wears them day to day working at a lumber yard.
@@KevinNiceTry I wore a 10-10.5 in Emerica for nearly 10 years. I wore a 10 in their vulcs and 10.5 in the bulkier cupsoles. I’m normally a 10 in other brands and 10.5 in SB Dunk Lows, cupsole Busenitz, etc. After the Wino G6 and Wino G6 Slip-On released, it seemed like all of Emerica’s vulcs fit a half size long. Especially all of the combo desert grip / triangle tread vulcs, they all fit long and I can rock the Laced in a 10.5 but have to get a 9.5 in the Wino Slip-On.
I had my Wino G6 x Bronson Speed Co slip ons forever and loved them. Basically no sole left on them when I gave them up. Been skating Joslin 1s now though and that cup sole is magical. So I’d be all up for trying these. There’s just something about slip ons that is so nice.
@@KevinNiceTry I bet. You sold them pretty well. I still have a pair of the white canvas G6s you wore that I haven’t given a go skating in yet. While I love the Joslins a part of me misses those G6s. And I’d wager I’d like the cup sole more than the standard one.
WELCOME20 works on all sole tech brands for 20% off, just use a different email everytime. even on sale stuff, im sure you know this but just incase...
Spend $75 with Emerica and you get a free Toy Machine hoodie. Just gotta add it to your cart. Spend $75 with éS for a free $21 jump rope or $100 for a free hoodie. Every hoodie is up for grabs. Scooped up the Quattro, Silo SC Eco, and an $82 hoodie for $100.98. If you’re going for the free hoodie with either company, you cannot use the Welcome20 discount. Still, it’s a fucking STEAL to get two $100 shoes and an $80 hoodie for barely over $100.

😁
I’m the exact same way in that I prefer white shoes. I like looking down at them when they’re broken in/dirty fit some reason.
They look better the more thrashed they get haha.
Just got the Provost G6 and it’s lovely. Vulc for life for me haha!
Happy to find ya Kevin! Hi from Aus
Glad you like the videos. Cheers!

Heck yeah! I'm glad you appreciate it! Thanks for watching.

I've actually made my slip ons my work shoes. They are super comfortable for wearing all day, and they are durable.
Emerica run long for me. I have to usually order a half size smaller. Did you notice that with these?
No, I always do size 12 in emerica. I'm generally a 12 in vans, nike, adidas, and es. So I don't think it's a sizing issue.

@@KevinNiceTry odd to see éS mentioned as TTS. The Silo SC and Quattro are nearly too tight when I go up a half size.
Maybe I just have weird feet??

Definitely worth trying.

If I’m a 10 in Vans should I also order a 10 in the Wino G6?
I'm the same size in vans and emerica.
Fp insoles make me feel more confident in my skating
I have a friend who won't shut up about emerica. Sorry you experienced my every session
Hahaha. My condolences. Haha today was brutal for landing anything. Still questioning this upload..
Emerica ftw! Btw, where are the Bob Sk8s vids? They’re missed.
@@RikRiorik Skating is hard and I'm always injured
@@BobSk8s aw. That’s terriballz. Get well, get well soon, we want you to get well 👍👎
Would you say they fit true to ones normal size. Are they wide enough as well?
I got the same size. Didn't feel wider at first but definitely loosened up compared to the regular slips.

Nice. It doesn't work on sale items I assume. Definitely good knowledge if you want something that isn't on sale.
@@KevinNiceTry yeah it works on sale stuff, i got a pair of wino slips and an emerica t shirt for $32 shipped a few months ago
Heck yeah
