I went there every summer for many years and that was 40 years ago then I moved away to the US and I haven't been back since. I'm coming back next month for a visit though.

We visited about 10 years ago - such a cute, pleasant place. Also visited Voltaire's villa (although of course you can't enter, but are allowed to walk around the grounds and take pictures). Nice video, thanks. Would love to go back.

Thanks for your comment. In my knowledge Ferney-Voltaire is a small town. In this channel we only cover visits and mention interesting facts, if there are any. However for an extended stay I would advise to visit bigger french cities to enjoy a more diverse social life✨✨

It seems somehow haunted by the pandemic, also though as a relic of an earlier time, with a commercial makeover, it is ver cute and historic, but seems funerial, maybe newcomers can adopt it with allegritty
