So I’m probably the first person to make portal 2 in minecraft, the full first chapter took 4 or so months to make so I think you’d be amazing to playtest it, I don’t have discord but hangouts or something would work. I’m still finishing some details and fixing some things but other than that it just needs a bit more modding and commands to make it work
this sounds like an interesting project, what version of minecraft and can i get some previews?

Most of my mods aren't made to work in co-op. This one specifically might have, but it was a private and now long gone plugin. If you just want to play them for yourself in single player, check the descriptions of my videos. I put all of the instructions there.

i feel like you couldve made the video a bit longer with more test chambers and just more stuff in general
most of the stuff that i left out was really just waiting around for the right gravity direction, and aside from that it was a normal speedrun. what i kept are the actually interesting unique bits.

I don't know if this is too similar, but I have an idea:
How quickly can you beat Portal 2 with _permanent CFG from Test Chamber 01?_
I've tested something close to this by setting the server gravity to 0, and it seems like it should be possible in theory. However, setting 0 gravity through cheats makes jumping do nothing; in my test runs with the gravity command, I had to set the gravity back to 600 (the default) in order to jump, then quickly set it back to 600 in order to not fall until I hit angled ceiling geometry or the like. In addition, I had to change it to 600 when loading prior saves or new maps, in order to prevent all other physics objects from being affected by the gravity change.
If a singular excursion funnel was modded into Test Chamber 01, would it still be possible to execute CFG and preserve it throughout the rest of the game?
(I've also played _Portal Stories: Mel_ with the gravity command. I did try actual CFG a few times; however, I'm not sure if the glitch effect can be preserved between maps in that mod like it is in the base game. At best, it might be preserved in a singular map if a save is created and loaded with the glitch).
@@steam-powereddolphin5449 hey! ive definitely considered this idea before, but unfortunately i just don’t find it interesting enough. the short answer? yes, you can beat the game - it even gets boring with how easy it is at times. if you want to try yourself, the Source Auto Record plugin has a sar_give_fly command that does exactly this
