    Your soap is beautiful but PLEASE have the song loop a bit longer or change it up a bit. Although the short loop did give my husband a giggle for a bit. Again, I love how relaxing your soap videos are and how beautiful your soap is. :)

    PEOPLE! This soap stole the heart of my five year old grandson! He wouldn't put it down, carried it all day then asked for it in the morning. He wouldn't leave unless the bar was in the car with him. Granted this kid charishes things but this was above and beyond. I asked him what he liked and he said, "All of it." We talked further and I asked him if he liked how it smelled, his reply was to sniff it deeply then spread out one of the most beautiful smiles ever. Please keep this in your re-ups hon!

      Aww...what a sweet boy! Thank you for letting me know. Such a sweet story! 💝
      It does smell sooo good! I still have some, believe it or not. I think the patchouli in the title turns people off. I don't think it smells like sandalwood or patchouli. It is very pleasant. Let me know it you want more before these run out. 💕

      Yes this is my first 6 month.
      I’m obsessed, I think about it all the time. Sooo many screw ups, keep plugging away. I see so many beautiful artistic soaps and want to be at that level, just need to pace myself. Someday we’ll online, ( pay for my habit) but so many soaps online, don’t know if it’s feasible.
      But, lots of people in the world.

    Wow so nice!! Would this work with HP soap as well? It looks like you only went to mild trace - did you have issues with Gel markings? I only did one batch of CP and I did get that gel markings and don't like it, but then I'm really really new at this.

    • @TreeMarieSoapworks
      @TreeMarieSoapworks  4 роки тому

      No, HP soap is not fluid enough. You just glop it into the mold. It is very hard to design with HP soap. Usually it is just one color rustic looking soap.
      You must have gotten a partial gel. You need to cover and insulate it to force it all the way through gel.

      I soap at a temperature of 80-98 degrees F, but you can soap at room temperature if you want. Warmer temperatures cause acceleration. My batches are made up of 50-65% of liquid oils. Use fragrances or essential oils that do not accelerate trace.

    • @TreeMarieSoapworks

      If you dissolve sugar in the water before adding the lye, in many cases, it helps the batter remain fluid for longer. Sugar also helps the lather.
