I think the problem is that most men don't know what most fake lashes look like, they are envisioning the most extreme oversized ones but many look fairly natural Edit: Y'all are saying "the ones I've seen look so fake!" My whole point is that I guarantee a number of girls who you think have natural lashes are wearing fakes. If you haven't personally used them, especially the ones made for daily use, and doubly so if they're applied well, then you won't know when they're fake.

They wouldn’t say that if you presented yourself as someone who didn’t wear makeup. I remember on exam days in high school some girls face basically had no life and was different because I’ve and others only seen them when they had makeup on.
As a 23 y/o woman I have wore my fair share of lashes but I honestly agree that they are too much. Since becoming a mother I either wear a small half lash (which is just enough femininity) or none at all.
