Most of the time i7 cpus needs a very good cpu cooler, if your cooler is medium or high end then must change thermal paste

This issue appears from no where.. My pc was fine maybe bcz of windows 11.. And I didn't Check the thermal paste yet i will see

@@freaky67 dude I literally just changed my thermal paste right now and i dropped from 95 to 55. I highly recommend using the three lines thermal paste since it spreads evenly around the cpu
