    Hi Sir/Madam,
    I am having difficult situation.
    I resigned in my organization & it's accepted by my manager. I already received an offer from another company but they told me you have to join within 45 days. & my current company notice period is 90 days. My manager is ready to release me in 45 days but he is not getting find my replacement in internal WFM.
    How I can deal with this situation ?? Because my next company is not allowing me to join after 45 days
    How I can manage this situation / how I convince my next company ??

    Sir how to request to get an esrly release or request new employer to extend joining date which one is easier?

      Both, but asking existing ones to leave it easy.

    how is earned leaves useful while negotiating notice period?

      You can negotiate with current HR to use your earned leave and release you early. 😛

      But logical way we are saving more money since tcs pay money as per basic salary not inhand
