Hi Sir/Madam, I am having difficult situation. I resigned in my organization & it's accepted by my manager. I already received an offer from another company but they told me you have to join within 45 days. & my current company notice period is 90 days. My manager is ready to release me in 45 days but he is not getting find my replacement in internal WFM. How I can deal with this situation ?? Because my next company is not allowing me to join after 45 days How I can manage this situation / how I convince my next company ??
how is earned leaves useful while negotiating notice period?
You can negotiate with current HR to use your earned leave and release you early. 😛

Both, but asking existing ones to leave it easy.
