None of these stories are true. Their publicists give them to the celebrities before they go on shows and inform the interviewers so that they can be ready to laugh hysterically.
Kinda funny that Wells Fargo, of all banks, gets to put people on watchlists. You know, Wells Fargo, "we care so much about our customers that we opened 40,000 bank accounts in their names without their knowledge to boost our numbers" Wells Fargo.

Despite all that BS recent years, WF was the only bank during our financial crash in 2009 to NOT ask for TARP funds. They were forced to by the Fed to make it look like that all the financial institutions were in trouble..

I literally found this comedian last night on YT, and i've been looking for all the stuff of his I can find. He is hilarious. Really like his style and delivery and storytelling.
He has a podcast with his wife called “your moms house” that’s good.

There's a Wells Fargo corporate office here in Charlotte. We had no idea that's what this place was, but anyway my mother in law noticed some flowers right outside of the gate and we drove her up so she could take some pictures of them. Security was on us with the quickness and you would have thought we were planning another 9/11. Crazy stuff. Now we laugh every time we drive by that entrance. It isn't well marked.

As soon as he said he took a photo in the branch my eyes got wide. I'm in banking and this is a huge no no. Security will definitely call but they don't usually tell you you are on a watch list. That is either a lie or security messed up. We never tell you we are watching you. We watch you silently lol.
Why would it be a no no? Its a public space anyone can enter, there is no expectation of privacy. Every single person who enters the bank has at least one camera on them, This should be expected to happen on a daily basis. Anyone that thinks its a problem, is a problem and should be fired.
@@rx7what you clearly don't work in that industry or understand the safety issue. If someone walks in taking photos they will be viewed as someone possibly looking to case the bank to rob it. That is a reality and a possible scenario those people have to face each day. Employees get stalked and have been kidnapped. Be happy you don't understand the gravity of that situation.

Of course it’s a lie. These type of segments are almost always fabricated/pre scripted to a certain extent. When millions of advertising money is on the line from big national corporations they will almost never be ok with “just go out there improvise and say anything”. All these late night shows for the most part are pre scripted.
