I love Disturbed. They almost always have a powerful political or psychological meaning behind their songs. People get shocked when i show them the lyrics and what they're actually talking about.

Strong message about basically good versus evil. The good comes across as maniacal and evil when in reality the good is destroying all that corrupts us. All that feeds the hatred. All the fuels our division. "I'm the hand of God. I'm the dark Messiah. I'm the chosen one". It's telling you to look at yourself. What kind of person are you.

This song is amazing, it was a long time ago I had this on my list, then I was working on a house a month ago and it came back on. Made my helper put it on my playlist to stay lol. So Apple Music did a good job reminding me of this.
And then I saw the video. First thing I thought of was “damn, Lee’s going to love this, but I’ll have to cover my screen again” 😂💞 too much scary for me, but this is definitely one of my favorite Disturbed songs.
