Some of you cannot handle a modest job interview with vegetables on the panel but you're busy cursing Mr. Udoto for appearing before the JSC. What have you achieved?
Kongani's appearance was a waste of time but the interview panel is to blame. One cannot understand why they sent him a regret letter and later send him a second letter inviting him for interview
i like his English. Astute.
Congratulations 👏👏, I really admire your courage.

Great
An expert should diagnose the condition he's suffering from
But it's good to grab an opportunity to appear on TV, bravo
Udoto I salute you mamen...🍺🍺🍺
How is it brave to go to an interview when you don't meet the mandatory qualifications? He was grossly short of the 15yrs experience. All the deliberations that followed were a waste of time.
This man wants the commission to dilute and lower the standard because he has not met the standard. He is aware that there is a standard, so it is for him to meet that standard. Imagine someone with many years of building skill and knowledge being guided by someone who has less skill and knowledge than them. Law is extensive, dynamic and takes many years to grasp. The CJ sits at the top of chain and the knowledge, skill and responsibility is high. No newbee can easily tale that role.
Wivu ni ya nini
Gotta love Muchelule
Good job
big up Bishop
smart boy
Good trial mr.
This man is not young
Paangi.
I like his courage 😂😂
This is a waste of time. He doesn't meet the basic qualifications and should not therefore be subjected to any questions
Dont be jelouse
Dont be jelouse
Jealous of what exactly?
this boy is humorous
This young man should be given a job.....
For real? You can choose to lower your standards just not ours. He needs to go practice.
I tip my hat for this learned friend!!
He is not learned. He is not an advocate only a law graduate. get it right.
Yeah
@@jasonstocks6460 He has done more than most
Narcissism
What a joker. Maybe he thought he was on American Idols or Britain’s Got Talent. I wonder where he is now.
That is a tactical move and he might not get the job but get a better one which he would not have gotten, don't be so cheap and quick to insult someone.
@@franciswarutumo1627 Why not just work hard on meeting the requirements of that “better job” instead of turning this interview process into a pantomime. So he showed up in front of the panel only to immediately disqualify himself and walk out on this lovely idea of “becoming the next CJ” after someone on the panel pointed out that a candidate needed at least 15 years of work experience in any other field specifically for those candidates lacking a legal background or legal experience. So I’d like to know did this tactic get him that better job? Probably got him the Deputy Chief Justice job I reckon.
@@franciswarutumo1627 you are right. He got the exposure too. Kenyans are good at bashing people without a thought
This is a waste of time, how to you interview someone for a position which he or she is not qualified. This is just public relations.
Young man, there is something called bona fide employment expectations which override the wild constitutional quotations you are making. The position is of very high public interest and for you to have wasted our time is a shame! Go study then practice. Nkt.
But the guy is exercising his constitutional rights! The high court ordered those rejected for consideration be recalled -so who`s failure is it really? this guy is just playing the piper and he knows it! But in all,am glad to see how far we have come!
I agree! You are so right. He needs to go and study. What is questionable is that he completed his law degree since 2011 and 5 years later has not obtain his practice certification. So it means he has no practice experience as an advocate. So how can he determine court rulings?
Bangi
He has wasted commission time.
Fuck you to say wasting commission time are we paying for nothing...
Fk u again.RAILA HE DIDNT WAST KENYANS TIME MALAYAWW
