It's no use choosing people in positions of authority just because they are Black even if they don't have what it takes to be in that position. People start calling juniors mtshana,, aunti, dabs at work, and after that nobody wants to work because auntie is the supervisor and she can't tell me off when I'm wrong and in the process yesosikhaya the standards go down and we are a laughing stock to other nations. They say we can't manage our affairs.. We don't respect one another and we expect other nations to respect us. I am talking generally not referring to this Commission. The commission itself shows a lot of respect for the members and the interviewees. I'm impressed in particular by Mr Malema, very civilised in this commission and asking very good questions
Transformation doesn't mean nepotism which you described. Transformation advocates for the scale to promote the inclusion of predominantly white sections of the economy.
@@thekkconstructions9966 i think u misunderstand what transformation means. It doesnt mean employing unqualified people. It means employing the most suitable candidate qualification wise and taking into account the history of our country. All the people who have been appointed to the Judiciary are more than qualified and competent to serve there.
