my stator has philips head screws. those tight things were welded for extraction. my stator replacement solved non charging battery issue - horn was weak
Yep had this problem also it fried my voltage regulator so had to replace that aswel put a new one on and it blew up so traced the wires found out stator cause the regulator to keep blowing
Meine Batterie (Akku) hat nach über 10 Jahren ihren Geist aufgegeben. Sie ist eingebaut, aber es leuchtet gar nichts mehr.
Dennoch springt die Innova auf den ersten Kick an. Nur stirbt sie zuweilen ab, wenn der Motor mit eingelegtem Gang sehr langsam dreht!
Also keine Angst wenn der Akku mal schlapp macht, es geht auch ohne.
Thank you for your detailed response. Yes, I know that INNOVA engine can work without a battery at all, but then it loaded the coils, so I do not suggest choosing this solution as a permanent solution. I've been get starting with the kickstarter for a few years now, because using the electric starter causes a drop voltage, for a reason which I have not noticed yet.

I did not find any data about the torque in Haynes manual
You can look for
"6mm flange bolt torque"
Note that the screw fits into an aluminum alloy, which is soft metal.
The torque that you may find is only for Reference!!!

Do you think that using the Innova without a battery can harm the scooter?
I've already checked it, and it's possible. I rode without a battery for about two weeks, and about 200 kilometers. I would not say it's recommended!!! Starting with the kickstarter without a battery sometimes required more than one kick. To the best of my understanding the problem when rode without a battery is mainly electrical load on the coils. As you see in the video, that's not why I replaced them. I'm still looking for a fault that causes a drop voltage when I starting with the electric starter.

About your issue.
Have you try to check the battery current(A) while you disconnect one device after enother?
When you disconnect the faulty item the current will drop.

I also changed almost every possible part. I was changed the computer to other used computer. Maybe the problem is in the computers, and it repeats itself on the motorcycle computers of a certain age/mdel? I have to write a letter to Honda, but it's not in my priority. The engine start running without any problem with the kickstarter.
All other systems are functioning perfectly. Including the electric starter when it operated from another battery.

The electrical system is usually checked only when there is a problem. In my case the alternator was normal, but since I had opened and has the necessary parts, I had already replaced it.
I'm still looking for the problem I have. I can not use the electric starter because it's causes a voltage drop, which causes a quick discharge of the battery. I use only the kick starter.

My situation(Model 2010 injection) is the same as you describe, the battery is probably finished, or weak, I have been starting engine with the kickstart for a very long time. In the idle RPM, the light flickers. I do not remember the light flickering when the motorcycle was new. The original battery had lived five years. I must have switched to new failed battery, or I was destroy her my self in negligence charging. These days I'm building the second lithium-Ion battery, after the first one was failed. Maybe when I will finish, I will upload a video about my experience with the Lithium -Ion battery.

The chances are that your INNOVA model has LED lights. LEDS replacement is only possible if you have the skills of an electronics technician. See for example that list (Honda CBR250R 2011):
