Conlog Learnership Programme 2020

Conlog, in partnership with Altron Bytes People Solutions, has implemented an Unemployed Learnership Programme which launched in February this year.
This single year programme will result in the achievement of an NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Technical Support SAQA ID: 78964. Our Learnership programme has been specifically designed to deliver optimal benefit to both Conlog and the learners, whilst enabling a structured, supportive learning environment which gives the learners industry relevant knowledge, exposes them to be able to provide support, teaches them theoretical foundations, practical techniques and skills to enter the field of technology.
The learners spent their first 4 months at Altron Bytes People Solutions tackling the theory and practical component of the programme. Thereafter they will spend 8 months at Conlog for the workplace learning component. Each learner will be assigned a mentor to assist throughout this component, and to offer guidance and support as the learner’s transition to the professional environment.
